Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Our operations department's purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality
Job Description
- Implement the management system and ISO 17025;
- Work with Sample Control Team for receiving and returning of tested items;
- Handle preparation work before testing;
- Conduct simple testing after internal training and the supervision of engineer or above;
- Process data to engineer, or above as needed;
- Carry out maintenance and calibration plan of the laboratory;
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Science
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, & word processing
- Proficient in written Chinese and English
Additional Information
- Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.
- Familiar with safety standards/requirements of toys and consumable products in various countries such as ASTM, CPSIA, EN 71-3 and REACH.
- 1 year working experience in a testing lab or science fresh graduates are welcome

The ideal candidate will work primarily in our back of the house, utilizing laboratory tools such as rotary evaporators, centrifuge machines, and ultrasonic homogenizers to create and refine exceptional cocktail experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct R&D for cocktail recipes and flavor profiles using advanced laboratory techniques.
Manage flavor components and ensure consistency in cocktail offerings.
Collaborate with the bar team to develop and refine the cocktail menu.
Maintain and operate lab equipment safely and effectively.
