Responsibilities

  • Manage Multi-stores to provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and ensure stores operations smooth and efficient
  • Formulate and implement business strategies to maximize sales and profits
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship through understanding the customers’ needs and handling complaints
  • Lead and motivate the frontlines
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Requirement

  • University degree holder in business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations in fashion / luxury retail
  • Multiple store management experience is a must
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Area Manager / Senior Shop Manager

Job Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance lead time, cost control, and event logistics
  • Oversee trade compliance and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Track changing customs regulations and maintain risk balance
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiating service agreements.
  • Analysing logistics performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent customs and logistics data practices
  • Handle import/export documentation and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory and manage supply chain needs.
  • Monitor and optimising transportation costs to meet budgetary goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics operations.


The Successful Applicant

  • 8 years of in-house Regional logistics/customs experience, with APAC exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • Strong project management and Lean/Change Management expertise
  • Solid experience in Power BI/ dashboard
  • Tech-savvy and self-driven with data systems
  • Skilled at decision-making and cross-cultural communication
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Help identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research and outreach.
  • Participate in sales meetings, take notes, RFI/ RFP and follow up on action items.

Client Support:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support senior team members in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.

Account Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and other account-related documents.
  • Monitor client accounts for satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales materials, presentations, and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with and actively support the operations team to enhance sales operations and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks within the team as necessary to support the smooth functioning of operations.

Qualifications

  • Academic background from Economics, Finance, Bus Info System, Fintech or any other business related disciplines. GPA over 3.0 (out of 4.3 ) or equivalent
  • Fresh undergraduate or postgraduate students are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred due to the market focus
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hubspot JIRA, or similar tools will be a bonus.
  • Interests to learn about and to collaborate with Finance institutions, Product Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Legal teams
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation, dedicated, hardworking who can deliver on time under pressure with attention to details and quality standard.
