CHEESE FACTORY WORKER

We are looking for a Worker to join our new cheese factory, specialized in the production of fresh and ultra-fresh dairy products such as mozzarella, yogurt, stracciatella, burrata, and other Italian typical products. The selected person will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-quality environment, contributing to the production process and the management of our lab. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to grow their career in food production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and overseeing the production of fresh dairy products.
• Support the operation and basic monitoring of boiler systems, ensuring they run safely and efficiently to meet production needs.
• Coordinate and guide external maintenance service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance interventions.
• Organize and manage the storage of finished products and raw materials.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation operations of equipment and work areas in compliance with HACCP best practices.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and production plants to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency in all production activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience, even brief, in food production or similar environments.
• Knowledge of boiler operation and safety procedures is preferred (a certificate of competence in boiler operation, as required by the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance (Chap. 56) is preferred).
• Knowledge of and adherence to HACCP regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and operate with precision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in food production is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office software.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
