- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
- Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
- Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
