As a Team Lead, you will not only manage and mentor a team of skilled developers but also contribute directly to the implementation of key technical solutions. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure high-quality code, and collaborate closely with DevOps and other stakeholders to optimize system performance.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of developers, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions, driving innovation and scalability.
• Maintain high code quality through active code review and hands-on development.
  

• Implement complex modules and features in Golang.
• Work with distributed systems and integrate Blockchain solutions.
• Optimize databases such as Postgres and analytics systems like Clickhouse.
• Set up and integrate data streaming pipelines using Kafka.
  

• Design high-availability and fault-tolerant system architectures.
• Contribute to the development of microservices architecture.
  

• Work closely with DevOps engineers to automate CI/CD pipelines and configure infrastructure.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance in production environments.
  

• Mentor and train developers, conducting internal technical workshops.
• Assess and improve team performance through regular feedback loops.
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead
• Strong expertise in Golang development
• Hands-on experience with Blockchain, PHP, and NodeJS
• Solid knowledge of Postgres, Kafka, and Clickhouse
• Experience designing high-load systems and microservices
• Ability to make architectural decisions and drive projects to production
• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
  

• Experience in FinTech or Blockchain projects.
• Performance optimization skills for databases and analytics systems.

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Golang Developer to spearhead the development of our mining pools payout mechanisms and White Label services. This role combines technical leadership with agile project management, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead a backend engineering team, overseeing the development of payout and accounting systems.
• Perform dual roles as Tech Lead and Scrum Master, including sprint planning, facilitating scrum events and removing impediments.
• Design and enhance White Label services (B2B layer), including REST/gRPC APIs, SDKs, and CLI tools for partners.
• Develop high-load backend services in Golang for reward calculations, transaction history, and automated payouts.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial logic, including hashrate/share-score accounting, fee structures and bonus programs.
• Maintain the reliability of the payout pipeline under peak TPS loads.
• Automate CI/CD processes and manage deployments across Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and cloud).
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Lead architectural reviews using C4 models and ADR documentation.
• Promote engineering best practices, including code reviews, technology radar and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Advise B2B partners on White Label API integration and monitor the quality of their implementations.
  

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager role.
• Proficiency in Golang and experience with high-load patterns, asynchronous computations, and distributed transactions.
• Experience in designing or maintaining financial/billing systems, including payout cycles, accruals and reconciliation
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and stream/in-memory systems like Redis Cluster, NATS, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with formal architecture practices (C4, ADR).
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining clarity and structure.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum events.
• Fluent Russian and proficient in English (B2 level or higher)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Technical Product Lead - Mobile Technology. Principal Responsibilities

• Work closely with Group/Regional IT to understand the Group’s direction and provide solutions to HASE business areas.
• Develop effective technology support for WPB through defining IT strategy, providing IT consultation and delivering IT solutions, so as to achieve the strategic goals and efficient operations of the business.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, development managers, software specialists and engineers, to ensure the delivered projects / solution can meet the budget, time-line, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures and standards to ensure effective risk management, quality control and compliance are in place.
• Provide on-going support and maintenance for production systems and system enhancement to support strategic business growth and development.
• Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business.
• Manage a team, with accountability for the performance of the team activities and focuses on continuous improvement of the performance of the team from a productivity, service, quality, training and effectiveness perspective
• Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.
• Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
• Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the team.
• Engage with external partners / service providers to negotiate contracts, manage service delivery and resilience.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage a team, with accountability for the performance of the team activities and focuses on continuous improvement of the performance of the team from a productivity, service, quality, training and effectiveness perspective. Foster a learning environment that encourages skill development and career growth.
  
  
  

• University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT Programme/Project Management.
• Experience in managing IT project in a complex environment, preferably on a regional or global scale.
• Manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk & control and efficiency changes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills and stakeholder management experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and matrix environment
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
