Responsibilities
• To prepare and update project programme for civil projects;
• To prepare tender programme submission;
• To assist claim preparation work;
• To assist for preparation and updating of the construction programme;
• To supervise the progress of the works and programme management.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• 12 years experience in construction contracts among which at least 6 years should be in programme management;
• At least 3 years in waterworks including trenchless replacement and/or rehabilitation method;
• At least 2 years' experience of proven experience as planning and programme manager in the use of NEC ECC contracts;
• Well versed in Primavera (P6) / Microsoft Project is a must;
• Experience in NEC Option C contracts is advantageous;
• Member of MICE, MIStructE, MIEAust, MHKIE or other construction professional institution member will be advantage;
• Familiar with the latest HKSAR programming requirements;
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management.
