  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project management skills including coordination, communication, budgeting, and troubleshooting.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, and responding to telephone calls and messages.
  • Set up and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic records, ensuring timely updates and accessibility.
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including maintaining records related to invoices, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for events and projects, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.


About You:

You should have

  • Tertiary education or higher diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration or a related discipline
  • With 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably within sizable organizations.


Terms of Employment:

Pay-rate

$86.5 per hour

Working Hour

Monday to Friday 0900-1800*

  • Average 4-8 working hours per day and 3-5 days per week. Actual working hours depend on operational need and on rostering basis

Sha Tin Racecourse

  • Evidence of ability to communicate complex issues to service users and other stakeholders, in an effective and clear style
  • Flexible and adaptive to changes, Familiar with computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Global Accounts . This role will help shape the future of Agoda’s Key Accounts supply pillar by driving its growth and optimization to the next level. As a critical bridge between our Key Accounts team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the team is aligned with Agoda’s broader objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and influence the long-term strategy of Agoda’s Key Accounts in the supply space. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution capabilities.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

Strategy & Direction:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Key Accounts team to guide future growth and optimization.
  • Build tailored, chain-specific strategies to empower account management teams in driving performance and achieving their goals.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into compelling narratives and business cases, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.

Execution & Operational Excellence:

  • Act as a trusted problem-solver, providing proactive support to account management teams in navigating day-to-day challenges.
  • Drive the execution of high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the availability of accurate data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Be hands-on when needed, ensuring the quality and timeliness of outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Key Account Managers and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate across functions, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to execute strategic initiatives and address key challenges.
  • Identify and address needs from the Key Accounts team and transform them into actionable initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Agoda departments

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 6–8 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally in e-commerce, OTAs, or travel.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial and results-driven with a “get-it-done” attitude.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Global Accounts . This role will help shape the future of Agoda’s Key Accounts supply pillar by driving its growth and optimization to the next level. As a critical bridge between our Key Accounts team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the team is aligned with Agoda’s broader objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and influence the long-term strategy of Agoda’s Key Accounts in the supply space. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution capabilities.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
Strategy & Direction:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Key Accounts team to guide future growth and optimization.
  • Build tailored, chain-specific strategies to empower account management teams in driving performance and achieving their goals.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into compelling narratives and business cases, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
Execution & Operational Excellence:
  • Act as a trusted problem-solver, providing proactive support to account management teams in navigating day-to-day challenges.
  • Drive the execution of high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the availability of accurate data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Be hands-on when needed, ensuring the quality and timeliness of outputs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Key Account Managers and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate across functions, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to execute strategic initiatives and address key challenges.
  • Identify and address needs from the Key Accounts team and transform them into actionable initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Agoda departments
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 6–8 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally in e-commerce, OTAs, or travel.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial and results-driven with a “get-it-done” attitude.

Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

Position Description

This role ensures projects to be executed efficiently by monitoring progress, adjusting capacity plans, and proposing solutions to meet milestones. It is crucial for optimizing resources, supporting recruitment, and aiding decision-making to maintain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Solution Proposals: Develop and propose alternative solutions for capacity rearrangements to meet project milestones. Minimize impact on hangar operations and future capacity plans.
  • Manpower Availability Support: Assist the Resources Planning team by providing reliable data on manpower availability for new business inquiries.
  • Closely monitor & verify WIP project progress with Takt team / BM Managers, review whether capacity replan is needed
  • Reserve / replan capacity considering
    • project priority
    • trade capacity availability
    • V0 & V1 workload plan from TET & TAKT team
    • Potential risk of TRT extension
  • Project future trade workload to support BM Development Manager with HC recruitment
What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the aviation industry, with exposure in Project Management, capacity planning or operations analysis
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with capacity modelling tools or techniques to forecast resource requirements and optimize utilization
  • Familiarity with software applications for capacity planning, project management, and data visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power Platform, Tableau)
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • A recognized university degree in Production or Industrial Engineering or Data Sciences or related disciplines but not essential
