Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Legal team as a Legal Associate based in Hong Kong.

• • Handle a range of legal work, including drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting the contract negotiation process for different departments
• Advise the company on a wide range of regulatory and commercial legal issues
• Support the Legal Counsel in providing support to business units and management on complex and sensitive legal matters, including but not limited to general corporate commercial
• Conduct legal research and assist in legal administrative tasks

What does a successful candidate look like?

• Bachelor's degree in Law or above (focus on Civil/Commercial Law or International Business Law preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cross-border legal practice (law firm or multinational corporate legal department), with preference for candidates familiar with internet, fintech, or financial industry frameworks
• Possession of overseas legal qualifications (e.g., U.S. BAR, UK SRA)

Overview

• Reporting to Legal Counsel, the Associate Legal Counsel of Legal & Compliance Team, will handle all legal, company secretarial and compliance matters, in relation to the business of Fast Retailing in Hong Kong SAR.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and collegiate team advising on a broad spectrum of maritime matters across Asia and beyond. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, with access to international clients and cross-border regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll get to do:

You will report directly to the Senior Legal Director, Fintech & Payments, supporting all legal matters related to FinTech and payments impacting Agoda, globally. What you'll need to succeed:
