JOB SUMMARY :
This position supports the legal team by assisting in contract reviews, policy development, external coordination, record keeping, and providing administrative and secretarial support.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Contract Review and Drafting: Assist the legal team to conduct reviews of contracts to ensure that key terms align with the baseline of the legal team and to proofread for errors and cross-references.

- Clerical and Secretarial Support: Offer clerical work and company secretarial support, including maintaining company chops, arranging execution of contracts, translating documents, typing comments for simple contracts, and conducting research as needed.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by the legal team.
PERSON REQUIREMENT :
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or above. Diploma holders in Legal Studies are also considered
- Field of Study: Preferably in law or a related field
- Years of Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Area of Experience: Legal and/ or Company Secretarial background
