Job Description
Develop and evolve the brand's identities through unique IP-driven narratives that captivate audiences. This role collaborates with agencies, internal designers, and licensees to lead the ongoing creation of style guides, merchandise design, promotional and social media content that reflect the IP's character and meet business needs. It also involves crafting immersive brand experiences across digital, physical, or interactive formats to strengthen emotional connections with audiences. The role works closely with cross-functional internal teams, licensees, and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and initiatives, and oversees IP Licensing events and projects, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities- Develop and evolve the brand's identities through unique IP-driven narratives that captivate audiences
- Collaborate with agencies, internal designers, and the licensees to lead the ongoing creation of style guides, merchandise design, promotional and social media content that reflect the IP's Character and meet the business needs
- Craft immersive brand experiences whether in digital, physical, or interactive formats and to strengthen emotional connection with audience
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, licensees, and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and initiatives
- Oversee and execute IP Licensing events and projects, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Higher Diploma or above in Design, Arts or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in IP management or related roles, with a focus on creative strategy
- A strong creative vision, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creative work and IP branding projects
- Proficient in design software, with keen eye for design, aesthetics and design quality
- Deep understanding of IP brand development and marketing principles
- Excellent project management skills, capable of thriving in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
