As An IT Support Technician, You Will

**The Role**
Acts as a single point of contact for a group of assigned customer accounts which typically have a medium to large revenue scope or have moderate to high complex product needs. Manages any interactions from the customer order through billing to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively manages the customer's service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and that their expectations are met. Promotes revenue growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Serves as the conduit and escalation point for exception problem management of customer troubles and issues in the areas of order entry, order validation, service activation, test and turn-up, customer access group, technical customer account management, disconnects and billing activities.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Owns and manages all customer communications or escalations pertaining to new install orders. Manages all aspects of the conversion of sales to revenue for the company. Actively manages all service activation elements of customer orders from order entry through service "turn up." Communicates order status in a timely manner to customers via conference call, emails and phone calls. Has authority to deviate from defined processes to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue recognition
+ Initiates and tracks the timely and accurate moves, adds, changes and disconnects to the customer's services based on their requests. Which include but is not limited to reason code collection, reporting and defining approach for proactively working with the customer and sales on disconnect related retention efforts.
+ Owns and creates service delivery performance review presentations. Collects and interprets service performance root cause analysis and corrective actions. Delivers project status and presentations to the customers on a weekly or monthly basis depending upon customer requirements, which is delivered via electronic presentations or in person meetings
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ 2 years related Service Delivery experience in telecommunication, network services and managed services
+ Minimum Diploma in Infocomm Technology, Telecommunication or equivalent
+ Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
+ Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
+ Must have project management experience in planning and organizing data from various sources into concise, relevant information
+ Must have keen attention to detail. Must be self-directed, understand the requirements, and take the initiative to complete tasks or assignments with little or no direction
+ Experienced in interfacing with internal and external customers towards effective management of a project or customer expectations
+ Ability to focus and deliver proactively in a dynamic, multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customers
- Develop soft skill to respond to customer’s request and monitor the project progress
- Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, collaboration solutions and cloud applications etc.
- Perform cross platform system integration & end-to-end process automation
- Opportunity in customer-centric digital solutions development
Who Are We Looking For:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working working experience
- Professional qualification on networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP and CCIE) is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in switches, routers, firewall, wireless and other networking equipment, especially familiar with Cisco / Huawei / Fortinet / Arista etc.
- A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutions
- A good team player with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Degree holders with less experience can apply for Assistant Network Engineer

- Working on a Cisco based network system (LAN/WAN/VoIP) daily operation independently
- Working in the in-country network operation team as well as with regional support team and vendors, which includes
a. Network system maintenance and troubleshooting.
b. Support and assist regional network team on incident handling.
c. Network documentation submission and system update.
d. Network system capacity report.
e. Network asset maintenance and inventory update
f. Regional project coordination and support.
- Project deployment on network system implementation. Manage and implement various network related projects in China. Coordinate project logistics including vendor management, documentation, handover etc., within approved budget, schedule and ensure compliant to Citigroup relevant policies.
- Scope covering whole China.
Requirements
- Cisco based network system knowledge and practical working experience, 5 years working experience for a daily operation on a medium or large size network environment.
- Self-motivated and highly responsible.
- Quick learner and detail oriented.
- Sense on QA and information security.
- Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.
- Sound English both in oral and written.
- Willingness to work out of office hours for maintenance and changes as required
- Ability to communicate in English/Cantonese with other teams across APAC
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Responsible attitude to own tasks to completion
Preferences
- Previous experience on such work
- Experience in MNC or finance/banking industry preferred.
