- Conduct credit risk analysis for Corporate, non-Bank Financial Institution and Financial Institution bond issuers, and allocate an appropriate credit limit with reference to the Bank's credit policies

Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in Credit & Risk Management or related fields
- Possess professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, PRMIA-PRM, GARP-FRM, ECF (CRM) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of operations of global financial markets, treasury products, and international accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills and willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering will be an advantage

**In this role, you're expected to:**
The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for supporting model risk management related with loan loss forecasting models which are used for internal and regulatory stress testing exercise, loan loss reserve forecasting, credit cost plan/outlook for Wealth Credit risk.
+ Perform regular monitoring & validation on the performance of the unsecured lending loss forecasting models (CCAR/ICAAP/SDST/IFRS9/CECL usages).
+ Support Model development/validation/ annual renewal / On-going performance monitoring Projects and address model limitations.
+ Support regular stress test exercises (CCAR, ICAAP, SDST), Loan loss reserve calculation, and Budget planning for Credit Cost Projection.
+ Produces analytics and reporting used to address model limitations.
+ Maintain compliance with Citibank model risk policies/procedures, regulatory policies and prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes, keeping proper change and approval logs.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science or other related quantitative disciplines
+ Minimum 4 - 5 years of model risk management experience in Cards and Unsecured Lending Products and **experience in credit scorecard or credit loss forecasting models (CCAR/ICAAP/CECL/IFRS9)**
+ Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others with leadership potential
+ **Sound knowledge in SAS programming** , data mining and MS word / excel / access / power-point is a must
+ Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and detail oriented.

Job Description
This individual would help establish a local presence in the region. He/She will drive investment idea development, underwriting and execution of complex corporate investments.
Responsibilities
- Source differentiated distressed, special situations, and private credit investment ideas in both secondary and primary markets
- Analyze and underwrite complex corporate credit investments with meaningful total return opportunities
- Drive negotiation and documentation of restructurings and special situations direct lending deals
- Interact extensively across the private and public desks with portfolio managers/traders to implement strategies
- Work across the global platform to source opportunities
- 3 – 6 years’ experience working on the buyside or sellside in APAC distressed, special situations, and private credit markets
- Prior established relationships with restructuring community (both advisory firms and other buy-side firms) to drive idea flow as well as ease execution of ideas where collaboration with other debt holders is required or desirable
- Has prior experience within either a private equity, asset management firm or a hedge fund
- Strong work ethic and integrity; you should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated
- Good communicator, strong written and oral presentation abilities; needs to be persuasive and credible
- Ability to navigate a complex global organization
- Strong educational pedigree
- Language proficiency, professional relationship, and cultural familiarity in certain APAC markets (India, Japan, Korea, Australia) is a plus

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for performing credit assessments, analyzing financial data, and generating trading ideas. Candidates will work closely with team members to support investment decisions and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit research and analysis on investment grade bonds and high yield bonds in Asia.
- Responsible for carrying out daily macroeconomic research and bond market research, tapping bond market investment opportunities, and generating trading ideas for portfolio enhancement.
- Perform FX trades for investment-related or share-class hedging.
- Other administration stuff related to portfolio management.
- Other ad-hoc duties such as compiling market data and presentation slides etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, accounting or other related disciplines.
- 1-2 years’ fixed income research and investing experience in buy-side/sell-side companies.
- Solid foundation of financial analysis, familiar with credit research framework, and strong understanding of portfolio construction and risk-adjusted returns.
- Team player, energetic to take challenges, and can work under pressure.
- Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, data analysis ability, and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Job Description
This individual would help establish a local presence in the region. He/She will drive investment idea development, underwriting and execution of complex corporate investments.
Responsibilities
- Source differentiated distressed, special situations, and private credit investment ideas in both secondary and primary markets
- Analyze and underwrite complex corporate credit investments with meaningful total return opportunities
- Drive negotiation and documentation of restructurings and special situations direct lending deals
- Interact extensively across the private and public desks with portfolio managers/traders to implement strategies
- Work across the global platform to source opportunities
- 3 – 6 years’ experience working on the buyside or sellside in APAC distressed, special situations, and private credit markets
- Prior established relationships with restructuring community (both advisory firms and other buy-side firms) to drive idea flow as well as ease execution of ideas where collaboration with other debt holders is required or desirable
- Has prior experience within either a private equity, asset management firm or a hedge fund
- Strong work ethic and integrity; you should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated
- Good communicator, strong written and oral presentation abilities; needs to be persuasive and credible
- Ability to navigate a complex global organization
- Strong educational pedigree
- Language proficiency, professional relationship, and cultural familiarity in certain APAC markets (India, Japan, Korea, Australia) is a plus

With a rapidly growing platform and an investment in growth in the region, an international corporate bank is seeking to hire a VP Credit Analyst, China Corporate Department to perform credit analysis for China Corporate Banking credit applications and maintain a healthy and high credit portfolio for the bank.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform credit risk analysis and control of the China corporate banking customer portfolios and related mitigation including credit application, rating application preparation, monitoring of the customer credit performance, etc.
- Work closely and support Relationship Manager to achieve the Corporate Banking Department profit and business targets assigned by the Management;
- Perform credit risk analysis to existing customers as well as industry or market research and analysis to ensure the bank's asset portfolio is in good shape
- Handle all credit related matters including review of latest financials of obligors upon receipt of financial statements, rating review, long-term loan review, compliance of credit approval conditions and instructions, security control and submission of information for credit assessment by Head Office;
- To attend to documentation matters of existing and new transactions after credit approval;
- To constantly review existing credit commitments to identify potential credit problems and to ensure conformity with agreement terms; to recommend and implement appropriate actions should an unfavorable trend be developed;
Requirements
- University graduate in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related disciplines;
- 7-8 years' solid credit experience in large corporate banking;
- Sound knowledge in various corporate lending products Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Banking or Economics related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of banking related working experience.
- Advanced knowledge in China Corporates
- Independent, attentive to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to discuss and guide front offices from early stage of deals to make appropriate credit decision
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
