Key Responsibilities
- Oversee to ensure Outsourcing Service activities of the section are completed as per established procedures and agreed service level, risk controls and standard of quality per bank’s requirements and contract, etc
- Oversee to ensure end to end OSP processes are efficiency and effectively to meet the agreed SLA. Consistently evaluate and assessment for opportunities of process and productivity improvement
- Keep abreast of business developments and banking practices, regulatory guidelines, risk controls and monitor implementation of all activities and projects/initiatives such as business continuity management, operational procedures, policies and guidelines, specific and job related training, contract renewal, change request, system enhancement, etc
- Primary contact point to effectively communicate with internal departments, outsourcing service providers, regional Ops on relevant inquiries, matters or complaints
- Assist the section/department head to develop action plan to improve productivity and make constructive recommendation for procedure/process improvement and application of technology to enhance operational efficiency and minimize operational risk
- Assist section/department head to prepare and to conduct/ present in management and OSP meeting whenever necessary
- Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve the section’s goals and complete their assignments on time
- Adhere, provide guidance and ensure subordinates comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, MAS, etc pertaining to OSP
- University Graduate or above
- At least 7 years of banking operations working experience and/or at least 3 years of outsourcing service provider related working experience
- Conversant and engagement with the OSP requirements and rules
- Good knowledge of Outsourcing Service Provider
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities
- Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
- Strong senses of risk controlling and management
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques
- Sound knowledge and understanding of banking and IT Operations and practices
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent PC knowledge and skills

- Provide guidance and ensure Operation Teams comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, MAS, SFO, etc
- Degree holder with related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in banking industries, with exposure in control, compliance, audit/ risk management or relevant experience and familiar with SFC and the HKMA regulatory requirements.

- Ability to adapt quickly and working with short deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee to ensure Outsourcing Service activities of the section are completed as per established procedures and agreed service level, risk controls and standard of quality per bank’s requirements and contract, etc
- Oversee to ensure end to end OSP processes are efficiency and effectively to meet the agreed SLA. Consistently evaluate and assessment for opportunities of process and productivity improvement
- Keep abreast of business developments and banking practices, regulatory guidelines, risk controls and monitor implementation of all activities and projects/initiatives such as business continuity management, operational procedures, policies and guidelines, specific and job related training, contract renewal, change request, system enhancement, etc
- Primary contact point to effectively communicate with internal departments, outsourcing service providers, regional Ops on relevant inquiries, matters or complaints
- Assist the section/department head to develop action plan to improve productivity and make constructive recommendation for procedure/process improvement and application of technology to enhance operational efficiency and minimize operational risk
- Assist section/department head to prepare and to conduct/ present in management and OSP meeting whenever necessary
- Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve the section’s goals and complete their assignments on time
- Adhere, provide guidance and ensure subordinates comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, MAS, etc pertaining to OSP
- University Graduate or above
- At least 7 years of banking operations working experience and/or at least 3 years of outsourcing service provider related working experience
- Conversant and engagement with the OSP requirements and rules
- Good knowledge of Outsourcing Service Provider
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities
- Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
- Strong senses of risk controlling and management
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques
- Sound knowledge and understanding of banking and IT Operations and practices
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent PC knowledge and skills

Position overview:
As a Senior Consultant, you will help to build our expertise and guarantee the quality of delivery to ensure market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office.
