Logistics Officer, Supply Chain
The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, logistics planning, and distribution as well as inter-warehouse transfer. They ensure timely tasks completion and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate warehouse, transportation, and inter-warehouse transfer activities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, storage, picking, packing, and stock replenishment
- Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with procurement and business units to align logistics plans with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Resolve logistics issues (e.g., delays, damages, documentation errors) and implement corrective actions
- Prepare reports on logistics activities for supervisors' review
- Provide occasional onsite support at 3PL warehouses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management
- Proficient in logistics software such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS, as well as Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
