Purpose of the Job
This position will support Beverage business to ensure daily local delivery order fulfilment and related processes while driving service excellence and operation efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor orders end-to-end: work closely with order desk, warehouse and 3PL to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining service quality standards, and return all related items of delivery orders including POD, COD payment, goods returned etc. timely and accurately
- Assist and lead in creating end-to-end Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work out related working instructions for implementation
- Take initiative to coordinate with our 3PL for remediation process to meet agreed service level (ASL) and our deadline
- Closely monitor and evaluate 3PL performance KPI and compile statistical reports and analysis periodically for management review
- Identify improvement areas of logistic service and take initiatives to liaise with stakeholders to prioritize and develop improvement plans with clear timelines & measurable indicators
- Assist in preparation of training guide/briefing material and conduct training
- Assist in coordination on complex cases, ad-hoc tasks, or projects assigned by superior
- Tertiary educated or above
- Minimum 5 years related experience in which at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role, experience in FMCG is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good communication and organization skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, with a strong service mindset and able to work as a team player with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with logistics systems, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and route optimization tools is preferred.
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Summary: Savino Del Bene is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Operations Manager who reports hierarchically to the Managing Director and functionally to the Logistics Corporate Division. Oversees and controls all logistics activities to ensure agreed-upon customer service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Activities:
Operations
- Contributes to the development of the operational strategy and participates in the definition of strategic development measures with the Group's Global Logistics Management
- Responsible for medium/long-term planning
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating productivity, reviewing warehouse KPIs, and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment to ensure efficient management in the global process
- Responsible for monitoring labor costs and participating in the planning and organization of shifts
- Direct and supervise warehouse employees in assigned operations
- Monitor inbound and outbound operations according to daily tasks
- Responsible for maintaining order and appearance of logistics sites
- Interfaces with the IT department for all issues and updates
- Understand and oversee IT activities by supporting managers' needs in daily troubleshooting activities
- Verify that customer service requests are received by the warehouse promptly with the correct priorities.
- Interact with key customers in regular meetings to analyze problems and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Innovation and Improvement
- Responsible for the implementation of innovation projects shared with the Logistics Management
- Develops specific analysis and proposes improvement actions to Logistics Management and the Managing Director
- Shares efficiency and operational process improvement strategies with Logistics Management

Human Resources
- Leads, motivates and manages operations and customer service teams

Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective production and distribution of goods, aligning with organizational goals for growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical for optimizing global logistics, mitigating risks of customs and trade, and driving innovation in complex, multi-tiered supply chains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in coordination with different parties and subordinates to ensure the project timeline is achieved
- Process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Formulate and implement the operation procedure to fulfil trade requirement
- Establish KPIs for services providers and monitor service level and performance effectiveness
- Proactively address supply chain disruptions and offer contingency planning
- Frequent traveling to production plant in China, Vietnam or other countries to support the projects implementation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid logistics, order processing, inventory control and managerial experience gained from sizable manufacturing/trading companies
- Good computer skills including Excel and Power Point
- Experience in using Oracle system is preferable
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Work independently and multitasking
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel to China, Vietnam and other countries is required
