Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for ensuring efficient logistics operations by managing inventory, facilitating communication with internal and external parties, and reporting performance based on KPIs set in service-level agreements.

Expectations of the Role:

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth logistics operations
• Gather and report operational KPIs set in service level agreements
• Prepare, manage and schedule business review meetings with clients
• Perform inventory projection and highlight risks and opportunities
• Participate in stock take periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance investigation
• Compile and maintain all the inventory information to be updated in system including material master data, pricing, licensing, etc.
• Support any other operational duties as assigned

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service
• With work experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Distribution industries are preferable
• Good understanding of inventory control best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Advantage to Have:

• Solid experienced with ERP system such as SAP (or equivalent) is highly preferable

Job Description:

• Handle full set of shipping document (I/E Shipping document, L/C document and declaration), with knowledge of bound warehouse in China is preferred
• Close communicate with internal teams including warehouse, marketing and operation on orders, inspection, shipment and inventory issues
• Track order delivery on-time with suppliers and headquarters
• Coordinate with suppliers to follow up PO, cargo information and follow up with Forwarders for shipment related issues
• Process booking with forwarders & manage all carrier booking
• Monitor the inventory level of various locations and manage order planning to ensure stock level meet sales forecasts.
• Handle the inquiries of inventory status from stores
• Prepare related business analysis reports for management review
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese / Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Use of AI tools is an advantage

• Work independently to assist the Manager in daily operations management
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers (warehouses, transporters, freight forwarders)

Summary:

The Logistics Operational Manager will report into the CEO and Merchandising head and oversee the

logistics operations within our sourcing offices. This role will involve managing the supply chain
