Report: Managing Director and the Logistics Corporate Division

Job Summary – Savino Del Bene is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Operations Manager who reports to the Managing Director and functions within the Logistics Corporate Division. Oversees and controls all logistics activities to ensure agreed-upon customer service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Position: Logistics Operations & Warehouse Manager | Location: Hong Kong

• Contribute to the development of the operational strategy and participate in strategic development measures with the Group's Global Logistics Management.
• Responsible for medium/long-term planning; monitor productivity; review warehouse KPIs; ensure proper use of tools and equipment for efficient global processes.
• Monitor labor costs and participate in planning and organizing shifts; direct and supervise warehouse employees in assigned operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations according to daily tasks; maintain order and appearance of logistics sites.
• Interface with the IT department for issues and updates; support managers’ needs in daily troubleshooting activities.
• Verify that customer service requests are received promptly with correct priorities; interact with key customers in regular meetings to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement innovation projects and share efficiency and operational process improvement strategies with Logistics Management; encourage innovative thinking; analyze time and methods for improvements.
• Lead, motivate and manage operations and customer service teams; oversee relationships between warehouse and customer service employees.
• Ensure employees are recruited, selected, and continually trained; identify potential for internal growth; promote clarity and include regular communications.
• Develop budgets in collaboration with managers and submit them to the Logistics Department and the Managing Director; standardize processes; maximize use of the Warehouse Management System; understand internal/external KPIs; ensure SOPs are created and updated.
• Maintain good interdepartmental relationships and liaise with suppliers and customers; demonstrate leadership to coach and develop staff; focus on results; strong organizational, communication, analytical and digital skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably in the fashion sector.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin and the local language are preferred.

Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics operations.
