Key Responsibilities

• Responsible on bookings management and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
• Review and prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for air/ocean/truck import/export shipments
• Coordinate international shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any issues with transportation.
• Handle logistics team on daily logistics operation
• Experience with customs declaration including Tradelink

Requirements:

• 5 years import and export logistics job experience
• Experience in freight forwarding and freight forwarder management
• China import and export experience are preferred
• ERP experience including SAP, Oracle

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned logistics functions, maintain routine operations and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Liaise with 3PL, freight forwarders, carriers, handle full set of shipping documents including Import / Export arrangement, prepare packing list, invoice and airwaybill.

• Coordinate with in-house customer service and sales administration team to promote accurate and timely processing of order fulfilment for our customers.

• Manage daily sample room operations and transportation, including scheduling pick-up and delivery arrangements, coordinating with carriers, and managing logistics processes.

• Verification of freight invoices to ensure the accurate billing from carriers.

• Handle goods receipt, inbound & outbound transactions and bin transfer related activities in ERP system

• Inventory management on warehouse storage and sample stock allocation, replenishment and regular cycle counting.

• Assist in preparation of statistical for KPI report and analysis

• Perform other ad-hoc activities which are assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Higher diploma / above in Logistics and Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehouse operation or supply chain.

• Good PC operations knowledge, e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and good team player.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
