About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Head to lead the procurement and supply planning functions for our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will oversee the entire supply chain—from raw material sourcing to demand planning, and product development.

You'll play a key role in aligning supply and demand, driving cost efficiencies, and partnering with cross-functional departments such as Production and Commercial teams to ensure optimal operations and savings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the supply chain function from raw material sourcing, procurement and demand supply planning.
  • Source raw materials and work closely with product development teams to support new product launches.
  • Develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies that strike a balance between availability and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive double-digit cost savings (as per strategic goals).
  • Present cost-saving initiatives and performance outcomes to leadership using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Production teams to manage procurement needs and resolve any operational conflicts.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 10 across Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing within the raw material, supplement, food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record in demand and supply planning, cost savings, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills; able to balance supply and demand needs effectively.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with international suppliers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate cost-saving metrics and supply chain performance.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

+ Budget and Cost control:
+ Develop and manage SC budget, monitor and control costs and expenses.
+ Drive cost improvement and evaluate extra investment within agreed budget and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
+ Quality and Compliance:
+ Set up procedures with proper records with regular review to ensure compliance, quality, SHE requirements in line with global and regional guidelines.
+ Support audits and with regular review on findings, RCs, CAPAs and proactively drive compliance at operational level.
+ Ensure that all labeling, promotional materials and advertising copy are critically reviewed for accuracy, credibility and professional quality according to regional & local requirements.
+ Support product recall activities.
+ Conduct regular Quality and EHS training sessions for employees, including new hire orientation, ongoing training, and emergency response procedures.
+ Drive Improvements and Digitalization:
+ Drive EE/ Lean Sigma plan with activities and drive continuous improvements with regular reviews.
+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and drive cost savings.
+ Utilize advanced digital technologies and systems to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
+ Collect, consolidate, analyze, and manage data to propose short, mid, and long-term systems and digitalization optimization plans.
+ Performance and Team Management:
+ Build and retain a strong team by enhancing and uplifting competencies and creating developmental opportunities to advance to the next level.
+ Develop team to supervise and control 3PL personnel qualifications.
+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of ADC operations.
+ Conduct trainings to develop talents and build multi-skill team to ensure team competency to meet the needs of business growth.
