Employee's duties will include, but not be limited to:

1. Supply Chain & Stock Management:

2. Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Managing stock levels, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and preventing out-of-stock (OOS) situations through proactive forecasting.
4. Conducting regular inventory cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure data integrity in the management system.

5. Import & Logistics Coordination:

6. Importing food-related products from the EU, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

7. Processing and verifying import documentation for shipments into Hong Kong, including customs declarations post-arrival.
8. Negotiating with forwarders to secure competitive shipping rates and optimal delivery terms (Incoterms).
9. Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to streamline operations.

10. Warehouse & Quality Control:

11. Monitoring warehouse service quality, asset utilization, and operational efficiency.

12. Tracking product expiration dates and coordinating with sales and management to prioritize near-expiry stock.
13. Assisting the warehouse team with ad hoc tasks, such as unloading shipments and processing daily sales orders when required.

14. Additional Responsibilities:

15. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs, including data entry, report generation, and process improvements.

• Supervise daily logistics & warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, sorting, packaging, and shipping processes.

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy and urgency
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and develop existing team members
• Proven experience in data-driven stock optimization, end-to-end shipment coordination
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control tools
• Strong numeric sense with analysis and computer skills in system operation and Excel

• Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, air freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
