This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and well-rounded HR professional to drive business partnering, recruitment, and talent management initiatives within a dynamic, high-end retail environment.
Job Description
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business line leaders to understand hiring needs for frontline and corporate roles. Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to align people strategies with business goals, driving organizational success.
- Recruitment and Manpower Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Lead manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels for both frontline and corporate positions.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Work closely with the HR team to manage annual salary reviews, design and implement incentive schemes, and proactively oversee budgeting in collaboration with business units to ensure competitive and sustainable C&B strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate engagement activities, such as events, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives, to enhance employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with Hong Kong labor laws and industry best practices. Provide guidance on policy implementation and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering, recruitment, and C&B in a retail or luxury brand environment.
- Proven expertise in manpower planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. Strong corporate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We are representing a prestigious luxury retail brand in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Regional FP&A team . This role offers a dynamic platform to drive financial insights and partner with key business units across Asia.
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Partner with commercial teams to drive business performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for regional leadership
- Support travel retail channel with performance tracking and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in retail or FMCG
- Prior exposure to travel retail is highly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization
- Fluency in English is essential ; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus

Job Description
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance lead time, cost control, and event logistics
- Oversee trade compliance and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Track changing customs regulations and maintain risk balance
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiating service agreements.
- Analysing logistics performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure consistent customs and logistics data practices
- Handle import/export documentation and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory and manage supply chain needs.
- Monitor and optimising transportation costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics operations.
- 8 years of in-house Regional logistics/customs experience, with APAC exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Strong project management and Lean/Change Management expertise
- Solid experience in Power BI/ dashboard
- Tech-savvy and self-driven with data systems
- Skilled at decision-making and cross-cultural communication
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
