- Accountable for raising sales lead to his supervisor
- Accountable for very precise and timely back reporting of the work done according to the process
- Responsible for submitting time sheets based on the execution
- Responsible for managing his proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfer, etc), identifying the spare need, requesting the spare to his supervisor.
- Responsible for keeping the service tooling, van, instruments, etc safe, maintained and in good condition
- Contributes to the ongoing improvement of the products, the methods and the safety by feedback to the PCM organisation and his supervisor
- Responsible for regular update of his supervisor on all relevant information
- Responsible for being familiar with all aspects of lift and associated technology and accountable for attending the proposed training
- May be required to give training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor

Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician primary responsibility is to deliver customer service experience.
The goal is to drive success that improves customer satisfaction, maximises customer retention and increases profitability. The Field Service Technician will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Services, maintaining responsibility of timeliness and effectiveness of the Customer Services function.
The role will be heavily customer facing, and therefore the Field Service Technician will be an ambassador of Dedienne Aerospace, its brand, ethics and business vision.
- Coverage of customers in Hong Kong
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Responsible for quality on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance and test tasks at customers' sites
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine/render proper solutions
- Conduct training for customers' engineers and technicians
- Verifying, by visual and technical inspection, incoming goods in accordance to purchase order specifications and conformance with refining practices which requires positive material identification, testing and measuring, etc.
- Packaging of stock and non-stock material in accordance to specified procedures in preparation of shipping
- Shipping out material or non-conformance receipts via vendor trucks, air/sea/land freight in accordance with specified procedures
- Stock taking in accordance with specified area procedures to assure accurate inventories
- Assist with general logistical arrangement, documentation and filing
- Substantial business travel, approximately 40% of time, will be expected to fulfil the Operations Technician role
- A Visit Report must be completed and sent to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- And/Or at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
