Job Description

As Service Management Analyst in the Technology Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the organization. Your goal is to optimize service delivery processes, enhance user satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the organization through efficient and reliable IT services.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the IT Asset Management process, including managing the IT Asset lifecycle, setting process guidelines, developing and maintaining the lifecycle strategy, and ensuring governance and compliance with best practices.
  2. Monitor software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and legal requirements, managing license renewals, allocations, and audits.
  3. Define and implement processes for retiring and disposing of obsolete or surplus IT assets in a secure and environmentally responsible manner.
  4. Analyze data on asset utilization, performance, and costs to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving asset management practices.
  5. Support and continuously improve various IT Service Management processes, including IT Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Service Management or related role.
  • Effective team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of systems architecture and infrastructure platforms.
  • ITIL certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with JIRA Service Management and Jira Asset Management is highly desirable.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Guide internal stakeholders in identifying and documenting the information required to satisfy the Bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence policies and processes
  • Execute and review negative media alerts, and performs sanction & Political exposed person screening
  • Check/identify for discrepancies between the information held in the customer’s documentation and profile on the system
  • Review and validate the quality of the due diligence and KYC information on the bank’s customers, in line with HSBC policies at on boarding and periodic reviews
  • Work with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Advisor when additional guidance on CDD policy is required
  • Drive sustainable growth. Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve efficiency in the workflow
  • Make considered decisions with factual and coherent recommendations, benefits and implications
  • Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed, and take accountability for following through on outstanding issues raised within the Client Lifecycle
  • Management (CLM) team to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of service

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Strong working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory compliance and controls within the banking and financial services industry
  • To understand the connection between the financial services industry, the regulatory environment and their business function, and assists in passing on their practical knowledge to their colleagues
  • Strong teamwork initiative
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
  • Strong English fluency and written skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

Location: Remote or On-Site | Multiple Openings

We are seeking highly motivated and intellectually curious individuals to join our Asset Management team as Research Analysts . If you have a passion for markets, investment research, and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fundamental and/or quantitative research across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company financials
  • Assist in building investment models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
  • Prepare research reports and present findings to portfolio managers and investment committees
  • Monitor existing investments and update investment theses as needed
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, risk teams, and operations
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment research, equity research, asset management, or related fields (strong graduates also considered)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Python or Bloomberg a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA candidate or holder is a plus
