This role is a part of the Alternatives Product team which leads the research, analysis and development for all Alternative products created by HSBC Asset Management globally. Asset classes include Direct Lending, Infrastructure Debt, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Renewables, Private Markets and Hedge Fund of Funds. The Product Operations role is responsible for the non-core activities relating to HSBC's alternative investment product range. The team ensures that the data and reporting around alternative products conform to HSBC's internal requirements and that governance around relevant committees, approvals etc is processed together with maintaining the Product DIM, processes and procedures, in addition to other non-core activities.
**In this role you will:**
+ Contribute to data, reporting and governance around Alternative products, working with Product leadership, Product Developers, Product Delivery and Product Managers.
+ Perform on-going review of existing product processes - identify opportunities for enhancements to product procedures which may result from internal or external drivers. Define strategy, specifications and implementation requirements.
+ Draw on wider firm resources, track regulatory developments and their potential impact on the alternative products.
+ Contribute to review of operating model and global best practice for product development from a technical and governance perspective.
+ Be accountable for the planning, co-ordination, product related content (alongside Product leadership) and approvals of updates and communications.
+ Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of the relevant forum.
+ Develop and maintain the Alternatives Product DIM with up-to-date alternative investment fund product information and processes.
**To be successful you will need:**
+ Proven product management experience at an established asset manager, law firm or professional service firm. Alternatives product experience preferred

Overview
This role is for an experienced EHS Manager, Safety Specialist or Safety Engineer. The roles prime responsibility will be to support the safety operations in Hong Kong, China. As well as this, there may be opportunities to support other regions or countries.

**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 7+ years of experience in digital news and publishing, including time spent curating home surfaces
+ 3+ years of experience leading a platform and journalists in a breaking news context
+ Excellent writing and editing skills
+ Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high standards
+ Strong collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication skills
+ Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and content optimization , including the effective use of data to inform editorial decision-making
+ Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
+ Understanding of digital content across multiple formats, including video
+ Advanced experience with content management and digital publishing tools
+ Must be able to adapt to a 24/7 news environment. Early morning, evening and holiday work may be required as news and team rota demand.

We are looking for a demonstrated operations manager with experience in people management, technical support as well as datacenter operations, which covers the scope of capacity planning, racks delivery, installation, decommission and incident management. . This role is responsible for managing a team of 7/24 operations to provide overall datacenter support in hardware and software of server and network equipment. The successful candidate will also guide the improvement of processes and procedures on a continuous basis, and manage team and staff performance.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage the performance of team(s) of data center operation processionals

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct people management experience

- In-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes improvement. Proven experience of change, problem and incident management
- Literacy in security and customer data protection. Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching and

Preferred Qualifications
