Qualifications & experience

• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Proficiency in both written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

*Manageall divisions in factory

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the complete accounting function for two entities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

• Manage the full set of accounts and bookkeeping for 2 companies.
• Handle daily cash flow, including client collections, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes (invoicing, payments, collections).
• Prepare and liaise with the outsourced accounting firm for the year-end audit, providing all necessary documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments based in the China factory & Macau to align financial data.
• Manage basic HR administrative duties, including tracking staff leave, managing company/liability insurance, and processing monthly payroll and MPF contributions.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in using Peachtree accounting software is required.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is essential for liaising with the China-based team.
