The Manufacturing Plant Head will lead the establishment of a new manufacturing facility from the ground up in Pasir Gudang/Senai. Responsible for overseeing plant setup, commissioning, and operational ramp-up while ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety. Responsibilities- Greenfield Project Leadership

- Coordinate with contractors, government agencies (e.g., MITI, DOSH), and local communities.
- Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance.
- Ensure production meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Optimize resource utilization (labor, equipment, materials) to maximize output.
- Local Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian regulations.
- Liaise with Johor state authorities, suppliers, and community leaders.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and production staff.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Budget & Scalability
- Manage startup capital and operational budgets for sustainable growth.
- Design scalable processes to support future expansion.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Malay (written/spoken) is mandatory.
