Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of Credit Card Settlement, ATM Settlement, Time Deposit, Faster Payment System (FPS) and Autopay Operations.
- Formulate strategic plans for the section to meet with service and operational goals set by the management
- Monitor and review the set up, maintenance and updates of the processing systems and operating procedures of the section
- Implement operations policies and procedures of the section to ensure they are carried out in proper manner and are strictly followed by branches and the staff in the section
- Assist Department Head to handle personnel functions including hiring and training to ensure the smooth running of the Department
- Co-ordinate with Transaction Processing Centre Head to maintain a good operational control and branch activities
- Work with Retail Banking Product Team to advise on new products operational design
- Provide operations support to AML Compliance Officer on AML activities and new account opening
- University graduate or equivalent academic achievement
- At least 8-10 years corporate banking experience of which 6-8 years are in operations management position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products/ services and their operational activities
- Knowledge of the regulations and procedures of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Ltd (HKICL) and CCASS from the Hong Kong Security Clearing Co (HKSCC)
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent managerial and planning skills
- Initiative, systematic, active and energetic
- Good communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

Primary Responsibilities
- Support large number of web-based applications in an enterprise environment.
- Analyze the infrastructure requirements for Enterprise Business applications and providing the required applications support for the production Environments.
- Use network tooling to address connectivity issues, fault analysis, failure avoidance, and the diagnosis and resolution of any other functionally impacting issues in distributed systems environments.
- Work with in-house application management systems designed to simplify deployment and management of distributed applications in the firm. Users can model an application system using the systems relational data model, control and monitor applications over the network via a GUI console
- Maintaining Windows/UNIX servers across DMZ's and MPN's and provide the Infrastructure support for .Net/Java/J2EE applications/Proprietary applications.
- Working with Firewall team to understand the connection issues using strong knowledge of Firewall Rules and analyzing the requirement for servers across DMZ's.
- Work with Network team in Configuring servers in a Load Balanced Model for variety of application.
- Creating/Renewing SSL Certificates for all Enterprise wide .Net/Java Applications on the servers.
- Knowledge of A10/F5 based VIP/DNS configurations for Enterprise wide applications.
- Drive process improvement by methods such as automation and scripting
- Work together with L2 teams and other L3 team members internationally
- Write technical documentation Skills Required
- Over 8 to 10 years of Experience as a Microsoft IIS Administrator, diversified technical experience in middle tier technologies, Powershell, Unixshell, web infrastructure design, solution architecture, identity and access management, web operations and application integration within large enterprise environments
- Experience working in Windows Server 2008/2016 environment
- Very Good Experience in PRODUCTION Code Migration for .Net/Java/J2ee Applications and making sure the Availability of the Production Infrastructure Environments.
- Excellent understanding of internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Strong internet infrastructure product knowledge in Windows
- Experience in enterprise-level web-hosting environment
- Ability to handle outage/incident situations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations for outage handling, management or resolution
- Proficient in ITIL concepts for Incident, Change and Configuration Management.
- Enthusiastic and energetic team player with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, customers and management.
- Facilitation skills include conducting walkthroughs, interviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Proven ability to learn and work with new applications in minimal time.
- Can communicate effectively with various user groups, e.g. developers and engineers, as well as remote team members
- Have administrative competence in at least one major programming language or platform (for example Powershell, C#, Perl)
- Strong understanding of security protocols, e.g. SSL/TLS, Kerberos
- Comfortable with administration of Unix/Linux
- Well versed with backend database technologies like Sybase and Oracle.
- Driven to learn about new technologies and techniques

- Analyze the infrastructure requirements for Enterprise Business applications and providing the required applications support for the production Environments.
- Use network tooling to address connectivity issues, fault analysis, failure avoidance, and the diagnosis and resolution of any other functionally impacting issues in distributed systems environments.
- Work with in-house application management systems designed to simplify deployment and management of distributed applications in the firm. Users can model an application system using the systems relational data model, control and monitor applications over the network via a GUI console
- Maintaining Windows/UNIX servers across DMZ's and MPN's and provide the Infrastructure support for .Net/Java/J2EE applications/Proprietary applications.
- Working with Firewall team to understand the connection issues using strong knowledge of Firewall Rules and analyzing the requirement for servers across DMZ's.
- Work with Network team in Configuring servers in a Load Balanced Model for variety of application.
- Creating/Renewing SSL Certificates for all Enterprise wide .Net/Java Applications on the servers.
- Knowledge of A10/F5 based VIP/DNS configurations for Enterprise wide applications.
- Drive process improvement by methods such as automation and scripting
- Work together with L2 teams and other L3 team members internationally
- Write technical documentation Skills Required
- Over 8 to 10 years of Experience as a Microsoft IIS Administrator, diversified technical experience in middle tier technologies, Powershell, Unixshell, web infrastructure design, solution architecture, identity and access management, web operations and application integration within large enterprise environments
- Experience working in Windows Server 2008/2016 environment
- Very Good Experience in PRODUCTION Code Migration for .Net/Java/J2ee Applications and making sure the Availability of the Production Infrastructure Environments.
- Excellent understanding of internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Strong internet infrastructure product knowledge in Windows
- Experience in enterprise-level web-hosting environment
- Ability to handle outage/incident situations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations for outage handling, management or resolution
- Proficient in ITIL concepts for Incident, Change and Configuration Management.
- Enthusiastic and energetic team player with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, customers and management.
- Facilitation skills include conducting walkthroughs, interviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Proven ability to learn and work with new applications in minimal time.

- Strong understanding of security protocols, e.g. SSL/TLS, Kerberos
