Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the production plant, factory and office.
- Coordinate the planning and management of production, quality control, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage and other plant affairs.
- Coordinate, communicate and cooperate among all departments in the factory to improve management efficiency.
- Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs.
- Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, give advice and monitor staff performance assessment.
Job Requirements:
- Degree graduates in Food Production, Operations Management or related discipline.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, Proactive, good time management and team player.
- With 8 years’ experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards. (e.g. HACCP, GMP)
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and administrative procedures.
