Reporting directly to the CEO, the position will lead a team of 30 engineers and professionals in HK, PRC, and Taiwan to deliver excellent quality management services across four main functional areas:

  1. Quality Assurance
  • Establish and monitor quality management systems & programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer quality, and supplier quality;
  • Manage customer incident cases and fulfill customer audits;
  • Ensure quality and manufacturing operations meet regulated standards and maintain accreditation status for ISO9001 & ISO14001.
  1. Fab Operations
  • Manage wafer capacity allocation;
  • Implement cost control measures including CP yield improvement and wafer price negotiation;
  • Source fab technology node for NPI.
  1. Backend
  • Manage backend capacity planning and allocation;
  • Implement cost control measures including Assembly yield improvement and backend price negotiation;
  • Source assembly packages for NPI.
  1. Test Development
  • Source and manage test platforms for NPI & MP;
  • Implement cost control measures by reducing test time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with display driver IC experience preferred;
  • Professional knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing systems and processes;
  • Experience with NPI processes involved in fabless semiconductor companies is desirable;
  • Strong ability to collaborate with regional and headquarters teams for results;
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop a global high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor the daily operations of the Finance Department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
  • CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification from an accredited international institution is required.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Group Financial Management, with management experience in ListCo.
  • Proven track record in capital markets e.g. leading IPOs, M&A deals etc.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between China and Hong Kong.

  • 15+ years of manufacturing leadership, including senior factory management roles
  • Experience in hardgoods manufacturing (e.g., tools, hardware, home, gardening, consumer durables, electronics)
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations, new factory set up and scaling factory capabilities
  • Strong background in lean/six sigma, ERP systems, and operational transformation
  • Open to frequent travel for factory visits

Qualifications

Our client is a well-established consumer product manufacturer with a global presence. As part of the company's strategic growth and transformation, they are looking for a seasoned Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team and drive financial strategy in alignment with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Strategy

  • Oversee the Group's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and strategic business planning.
  • Develop, implement and review financial strategies to foster business growth and improve margins.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while capitalizing on opportunities for the organization.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial and management reports for the Boards and stakeholders.
  • Oversee tax, audit, risk, and compliance functions, coordinating with external advisors as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare consolidated financial reports and presentations for the Chairman, BOD and stakeholders, supporting investor relations.
  • Collaborate with external advisors, legal counsel, tax authorities, and auditors in the region.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support operational decision-making and enhance overall business performance.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop a global high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor the daily operations of the Finance Department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
  • CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification from an accredited international institution is required.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Group Financial Management, with management experience in ListCo.
  • Proven track record in capital markets e.g. leading IPOs, M&A deals etc.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between China and Hong Kong.

As Application Portfolio Director for our client, a global manufacturing enterprise, you’ll define and govern the end-to-end application landscape that powers operations in the region. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll own the application portfolio lifecycle—from selection and rationalization through modernization and sunset—while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You’ll foster an innovative culture, champion Agile methods, and partner closely with manufacturing leaders to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a holistic application portfolio strategy that supports manufacturing goals, cost optimization, and future growth.
  • Lead application rationalization efforts, identifying redundancy, technical debt, and opportunities for consolidation or decommissioning.
  • Oversee modernization and replatforming initiatives, ensuring legacy systems evolve to secure, scalable architectures.
  • Partner with enterprise architects to develop roadmaps that integrate new technologies (cloud, IoT, analytics) into manufacturing systems.
  • Govern application governance processes, including lifecycle management, vendor selection, and compliance reviews.
  • Establish and track KPIs for portfolio health, cost savings, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor Product Owners, Application Development teams, Solution Architects, and Technical Support staff, fostering cross-functional collaboration, clear accountability, and end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices across teams, fostering iterative delivery, continuous integration, and rapid experimentation.
  • Act as a senior partner to manufacturing leadership, translating business priorities into IT initiatives and ensuring transparent communication.
  • Manage portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis; build data-driven business cases for strategic investments.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure applications meet security, availability, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 7+ years in application portfolio management or enterprise architecture within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale application rationalization, modernization, and replatform programs.
  • Strong background in software development or system engineering, with firsthand experience in architecture design. Candidates who come from a hands-on development background is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Expertise in leading Product Owners, Application Development teams, Architects, and Technical Support functions.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skills.
