Job Description

• Main market : US and Europe for international lifestyle watch brands
• Hong Kong : trading & sourcing office
• Production base : China
• We are looking for PURCHASING MANAGER - with details as follows :
  

• Team Management: Lead Purchasing team of 3 members for sourcing & purchasing watch components, and manage material supply & shortage status
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
• Daily Operations: Supervise daily purchasing activities, allocate tasks, and maintain the supplier database and purchase records.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of watch components from suppliers.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control purchasing costs to align with budgetary constraints.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
• Reporting: Report to the General Manager
• Educational Background: Diploma holder or above is preferable
• Experience : 5+ years in purchasing watch components, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of watch components and the watch industry.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Terms & benefits : 5 days work; 13 months salary + bonus; annual leave : 14 day; medical insurance

• Work in Accounting team of 3 members
• Report to Accounting Manager
• Perform Book-keep financial entries, A/R & A/P
• Deal with factory payments
• Reconcile, analyze and resolve questions regarding general ledger accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing process
• Accounting studies
• 3+ years accounting experience in trading or manufacturing firms
• Proficient in English and Mandarin

• We are looking for QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT - with details as follows :

• You will work under the supervision of the QC/QA manager to ensure finished production meets company standards.
• You will look out for specific problems, visible defects, performing various tests on samples, assisting in implementation of quality control procedures and performing other duties as assigned.
• Receive production QC samples and perform
• Document internal processes and procedures.
• Assist with AQL inspections as needed.
• Perform product testing and upload reports to Company system.
• Archive all QC samples and documents.
• Coordinate with other QC team members to ensure all areas of QC are being completed in a timely manner.
• Notify QC/QA manager of any repeating error trends to improve the quality process
• F.5 standard
• 2+ years experience within quality assurance/control of any products
• An advantage if experience in garment trims / garment / packaging / textiles or related
• No trips required
• 5 days work
