What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and YouTube/Google Ads (audiences, budgeting, A/B tests).
- Collaborate with design/video to produce high-CTR ad creatives (images, short-form video, hooks/angles).
- Analyze performance, optimize to CPC/CPM/CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
- Optimize for Lead Gen / Webinar / VSL / community funnels end-to-end.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on paid media experience (must-have).
- Agency experience (multi-client, multi-vertical) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube
- Strong grasp of creative strategy (e.g., Hook–Story–Offer) and structured testing.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and well-organized; able to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Cantonese; solid written Chinese & English. Mandarin a plus.
- Immediate/short-notice start preferred.
What We offer:
- 5-day work week 10:00 – 19:00 (Mon–Fri), bank holidays
- Salary: HKD $25,000–$30,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (near MTR)

Overview
Responsibilities
- Optimize each unit dollar to enlarge the overall trading efficiency in the most effective way
- Working with planning & buying team on trading executions in daily basis
- Building relationships with various working partners, including clients and vendors
- Follow up on trading execution with planning team to ensure the delivery, set KPIs & goals
- Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of campaigns, and ensure optimal delivery and performance
- Troubleshooting programmatic trading and ad operations issues with third party vendors to ensure campaign delivery with achievement of KPIs.
- Creating / generating creative trading ideas
- Implementation of media plans including material follow up
- Coordination with local & regional markets & reporting
- Providing post-buy reports & learning and identifying potential opportunities and directions
- Reporting for billing system monthly to ensure the revenue streamline
Qualifications
- Some Intern experience with digital media agency is an advantage
- Interested in managing digital ad campaigns, - display, video, mobile, ……
- Passionate for programmatic trading, media & advertising
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn about programmatic in general
- Good English, Putonghua and interpersonal communication
- Good team player / Positive 'can-do" attitude
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time
- Has a passion and curiosity for all things new and creative
- Interested in different technology
- Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office

Role Highlights:

across Tier 1 & Tier 2 geos - Work directly with AdsDeep's operations and BD teams to execute at scale
What You'll Do:

- Manage
landers / pre-landers, funnels, and ad creatives
for max ROI - Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, eCPC, ROI) and optimize accordingly
- Ensure
fraud-free traffic
via in-house checks + external tools. - Research new geos, angles, and sources for constant growth
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of
hands-on experience in affiliate / CPL buying in Tier 1 market - Strong understanding of
lander flows, funnel optimization, and traffic sources - Familiarity with
tracking platforms, attribution, and fraud detection tools - Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in US SOI flows and familiar with Meta compliances
- Able to scale for volume with optimised ecpc
