The Job- To provide client consulting services for segmented accounts by specific solutions and application
- To identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets and business results
- To prepare selling proposal, conduct product demonstration and presentation to executive level
- Participate directly in the sales process by making in-depth presentations and live demonstrations
- Analyze and define customer requirements and advise best solution to meet their needs
- To build long-term relationship with customers in order to close deals
- Strong sales instincts with strategic consultative skill and committed towards sales target achievement
- Provide after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
- 2-3 years relevant sales or presales experience in the ICT industry is preferable, experience in Printing / Publishing industry will be an advantage
- Understand the general workflow and possess technical knowledge in IT, data printing, and/or solutions selling
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines is preferable
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
- Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
- Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
- Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.

About The RoleProvide channel sales, digital and marketing communication support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.
Roles And Responsibilities- Provide marketing and distribution support function on campaign management & communication for Partnership Distribution (PD) channel that covers Banks / brokerage / IFA (Retail and HNW) / strategic partners
- Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain seamless communication to keep our partners up-to-date of the company changes/initiatives so as to meet the business needs for PD.
- Execute effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
- Leverage customer touchpoints in AIA HK’s and/or partner’s digital ecosystem, to trigger communication that drive purchase behavior backed by customers’ digital behaviour and analytics
- Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

- Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget

- Execute effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
- Leverage customer touchpoints in AIA HK’s and/or partner’s digital ecosystem, to trigger communication that drive purchase behavior backed by customers’ digital behaviour and analytics
- Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Draft, edit and translate communication messages and publicity materials, including press release, speeches, advertorials and presentations.
- Work collaboratively within PD and other internal stakeholders to deliver the marketing and distribution activities in a timely manner and quality delivery
- Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
- University / College graduate plus minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Insurance product knowledge
- Strong project management and financial analytical skills
- Good timeline management skill
- Digital experience in bancassurance and also with media background is preferred
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
