Job Description

1. Plan and execute innovative marketing activities targeting the Hong Kong/Taiwan/Korean market. Based on brand positioning and marketing objectives, research, formulate and lead the implementation of targeted marketing plans to support the department's sales goals, enhance brand awareness and merchant engagement.

2. Increase the number of existing customers, acquire new customers and enhance brand influence through integrated marketing initiatives such as industry seminars, exhibitions, event marketing, resource BD, online & offline creativity and execution as well as public relations communication, establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with relevant associations or KOLs.

3. Make breakthrough and innovative attempts in the communication field, and seek event opportunities through in-depth industry communication, negotiations with important figures, and negotiations on cross-industry resources. For example, implement cross-industry marketing, interactive marketing, new integrated marketing projects on social media to create topics and industry influence.

4. Be responsible for the full-cycle management of activities, including concept development, budget formulation, execution, evaluation and optimization, to ensure the achievement of activity objectives.

5. Work closely with cross-departmental teams, including product, design, sales and public relations, coordinate resources to ensure the smooth progress of activities.

6. Track and measure the effect of marketing work implementation, establish closed-loop indicators from leads to orders, and provide in-depth insights to optimize activity effects and improve ROI.

7. Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, and provide forward-looking suggestions for activity strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, new media, communication studies, marketing-related fields, exhibition economy and management, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Possess excellent project management and organizational coordination capabilities, and have experience in successfully planning and executing large-scale events and customer study tours.
  • Familiar with the cross-border e-commerce industry and understand the needs and behavioral patterns of target customer groups.
  • Outgoing personality, with good market sensitivity and innovative thinking ability, as well as the willingness to continuously practice and take the initiative to communicate.
  • Have excellent expression and comprehension skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
  • Possess strong learning ability and good team spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Associate Managing Consultant, Marketing Services
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
- Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients by working with technology and data
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to generate marketing strategies and insights, and prepare presentations
- Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to build the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on one or more of the following fields: marketing content, digital and social media campaigns, digital customer experience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns, media management and planning, direct response marketing
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, and vendors
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong
Preferred qualifications
- Additional marketing experience in one or more of the following fields: marketing and campaign experience from agency environment, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, video making (e.g., scripting, storyboard, and content), marketing content, usability labs and experience research, print production management
- Global supply chain management (GSM), including sourcing new suppliers and assessing third party production vendors
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Relevant industry expertise and/or experience in product, sales, or marketing technology
- MBA or master's degree with specialization in marketing or digital (not required)

We are hiring for an education company in Hong Kong that is looking for a Marketing Lead with expertise in the education sector to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation for education-related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including media buy, performance & analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Use analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a competitive B2C industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for food and beverages, with a keen understanding of industry trends.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hong Kong who will be responsible for overseeing client projects that may include areas around e-commerce development, CRM, growth and digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies for our clients. This candidate will lead the development of digital projects and campaigns to drive our clients' ecommerce business forward.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail and/or ecommerce business
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with digital marketing or other digital / ecommerce projects or ability to learn quickly on digital / ecommerce platform technologies
  • A creative problem solver with a analytical approach to decision making
  • Able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work with clients in a consulting capacity
  • Experience working in FMCG, retail and/or DTC brands preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or above
