*Major Accountabilities
Strategic and tactical marketing lifecycle management of the Roche portfolio, with cross-functional coordination and integration of market and customer insights: *
- Solid understanding of the market dynamics and stakeholder perspectives through gaining clear market insights and ensuring open dialogue and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively Identify business opportunities and implement a commercial strategy for the disease area, as well as a focused execution plan that applies multichannel and omnichannel approaches

- Monitor competitor activity in digital spaces to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, web analytics, and SEO.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, etc.
- Experience with Mainland media channels such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat & Douyin is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute meticulously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Energetic and with enthusiasm and curious mind for the local and global media scene.
