Reporting to the Business Unit Lead, General Medicine, the candidate is accountable for:

  • Lead the Country Brand Team to develop and implement the annual Country Brand Plan/Local Product Strategy (LPS) in full congruence with regional guidance.

What You'll Do

We're seeking a dynamic marketing leader to drive growth for our new ventures (EverJobs, EverShop, EverDeals) while strengthening our core business. You'll split your focus between launching innovative services / products and optimizing our established marketing engine - all while building Evercare's brand as Hong Kong's most trusted care platform. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth Initiatives

  2. Lead end-to-end marketing for new ventures: Develop GTM strategies, positioning, and campaigns for EverJobs (recruitment), EverShop (care products), and EverDeals (caregiver benefits)

  3. Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with EverJobs partners (hospitals, clinics), EverShop brands, and EverDeals partner to create co-marketing opportunities and amplify reach.
  4. Launch and iterate: Test messaging, channels (online and offline), and offers to maximize new venture growth

  5. Core Marketing Operations

  6. Brand stewardship: Elevate Evercare's visibility and reputation through PR, thought leadership, and omnichannel campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Evercare Health's brand guidelines and overall company vision.

  7. Community engagement: Develop communications and nurture relationships with our 30,000+ healthcare professionals and caregiver network
  8. Drive customer acquisition: Build and optimize digital marketing funnels across SEM, social ads, email, and partnerships
  9. Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling marketing content across various formats, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, ad creatives, press releases, and case studies.
  10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.


You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have/Are

  • Have around 5 years of marketing experience with a mix of product launches and ongoing marketing operations (healthcare or marketplace experience preferred)
  • Demonstrate strong digital marketing chops (paid social, SEM, email automation) and analytical skills
  • Excel at both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Are bilingual in English and Chinese with outstanding communication skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities
  • Are passionate about using marketing to solve real healthcare challenges
