- Localized Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth analyses of the preferences of Chinese-speaking users, the regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics to formulate and implement effective localized operational strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, risk management, legal, and business development teams to ensure that market strategies are compliant and executed with maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performing regional market team, empowering team members to enhance overall effectiveness and operational execution.
- Data-Driven Analysis and Growth Optimization: Utilize user behavior data and market feedback to continuously refine brand marketing strategies and channels, driving effective conversion rates.

The Marketing Director JP/KR/HK/TW will have strategic and tactical ownership of marketing at the regional level and establish long-term strategy for the region. + Manage directly and through the team members the local KOL networks to reinforce the brand, raise awareness and leverage product champions throughout the regions
+ Build, drive and develop a strong, diverse and inclusive marketing teams
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR
+ Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
+ Proven track record in people management is mandatory
+ Strong experience in working in a cross-functional environment is required
+ Marketing management and/or sales experience in Diagnostics or Device industries is a strong advantage
+ Local network and knowledge of the key stakeholders in the market, including expertise with complex, multi-departmental healthcare sales in Japan and Hong Kong is highly desired
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Must have excellent communication skills including verbal and written, along with a strong financial and business acumen

- Formulate, implement, and monitor business plans and strategies for the asset management business.
- Lead the team to achieve the AUM target.
- Maintain customer relationships and develop distribution/sales channels, including external parties and branches within CCB Group.
- Responsible for product marketing, promotion, and sales.
- Perform regular market analysis, gather market feedback, and conduct research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in fixed income, with a background in asset management companies or investment banks preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis software such as Python and R, capable of using these tools for complex data analysis and model building.
- Solid experience in asset management marketing.
- Strong knowledge of finance and quantitative analysis.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin); strong Chinese writing skills are highly preferred.
