The Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer is to support the continued growth of our airport services business. This is a role ideal for someone who excels at tender writing, has strong project coordination skills, and is confident in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities in the airport service sector.
  • Draft, compile, and submit high-quality tender proposals in accordance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and operational content.
  • Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Analyze tender documentation to assess feasibility, compliance requirements, and strategic fit.

Project Start-Up Support

  • Assist in launching newly awarded contracts by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Support resource planning, documentation, and operational setup to ensure a smooth start.
  • Prepare project timelines, reporting templates, and communication updates for internal and client use.

Client Liaison & Relationship Management

  • Act as a point of contact for existing clients regarding ongoing service matters.
  • Schedule regular check-ins and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
  • Gather feedback and relay client needs to internal teams for continuous service improvement.
  • Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in tender writing, business development, or client servicing, preferably in public sector or airport-related industries.
  • Strong command of written English with proven ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Support on B2B event development and implementation
  • Analyze and digest marketing and research information to develop advertising sales kits, marketing collaterals, and proposal for sales team usage

Marketing Officer, Cultivation

Job Purpose

Support the development and implementation of Donor cultivation & retention strategy with yearly-planned programmes or new initiatives that aim to maintain existing donors’ loyalty and enhance/increase the giving value.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Donor Care & Loyalty Programme
  • Assist Marketing Manager (Cultivation) to develop annual cultivation & retention strategic plan and budget, including financial forecast, activity calendar and KPI setting for new and existing donors of different segments (regular, one-off, mass and mid-value).
  • Assist in developing effective communications to nurture relations with donors, including appeals, newsletters, seasonal greetings, etc.
  • Review donor journey from time to time to evaluate effectiveness of touch points, call to action and engagement, including response rate, income average gift, ROI, cost per donor, eDM open rate, click rate, conversion rate etc.
  • Work with FR analysts on donor profile analysis and/or Lifetime Value (LTV) study, to be used for FR and presented at staff meetings.
  • Organize donor events including field workers sharing, interactive events, donor gathering, etc.
  • Project and Team Management
    • Project management for all donor cultivation & retention programmes, including:
    • Planning of project timeline
    • Coordinating with third-party service providers (including but not limited to design & creative agencies, telemarketing agencies, printer & lettershop agencies) to provide services according to plan and requirement
    • Ensure clearance and approval by all defined stakeholders according to the project timeline
    • Ensure the Database & Analytics team will produce the correct and appropriate data file according to the target donor segmentation and ask strategies as approved by the manager
    • Ensure the campaign shall be delivered within the planned budget
    • Planning and facilitation of any donor cultivation & retention meetings as required
    • Conduct regular performance review with existing service providers; explore potential new service providers, new channels and technology to enhance the performance of both channels and campaigns
  • International and Cross-departmental Working Group
    • Develop network and close contact with peer fundraisers in the MSF movement to learn/contribute donor development initiatives, in order to strategize fundraising approach and planning
    • Participate in MSF HK cross-departmental working groups and Global & Regional Community of Practice in relation to events/campaigns with fundraising and/or donor acquisition/cultivation objectives

    The Ideal Candidate

    • University graduate
    • At least 3 years working experience in marketing, sales, CRM marketing, customer service or related fields; charity fundraising experience will be an asset
    • Good sense in numbers with analytical sense
    • Committed to deliver objectives; results oriented
    • Strong project management skills, able to steer project within the budget and the timeline with minimum supervision
    • Excellent liaison, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and be able to work under pressure
    • Attentive to details

    Marketing Officer, Cultivation

    Job Purpose

    Support the development and implementation of Donor cultivation & retention strategy with yearly-planned programmes or new initiatives that aim to maintain existing donors’ loyalty and enhance/increase the giving value.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Donor Care & Loyalty Programme
    • Assist Marketing Manager (Cultivation) to develop annual cultivation & retention strategic plan and budget, including financial forecast, activity calendar and KPI setting for new and existing donors of different segments (regular, one-off, mass and mid-value).
    • Assist in developing effective communications to nurture relations with donors, including appeals, newsletters, seasonal greetings, etc.
    • Review donor journey from time to time to evaluate effectiveness of touch points, call to action and engagement, including response rate, income average gift, ROI, cost per donor, eDM open rate, click rate, conversion rate etc.
    • Work with FR analysts on donor profile analysis and/or Lifetime Value (LTV) study, to be used for FR and presented at staff meetings.
    • Organize donor events including field workers sharing, interactive events, donor gathering, etc.
  • Project and Team Management
    • Project management for all donor cultivation & retention programmes, including:
    • Planning of project timeline
    • Coordinating with third-party service providers (including but not limited to design & creative agencies, telemarketing agencies, printer & lettershop agencies) to provide services according to plan and requirement
    • Ensure clearance and approval by all defined stakeholders according to the project timeline
    • Ensure the Database & Analytics team will produce the correct and appropriate data file according to the target donor segmentation and ask strategies as approved by the manager
    • Ensure the campaign shall be delivered within the planned budget
    • Planning and facilitation of any donor cultivation & retention meetings as required
    • Conduct regular performance review with existing service providers; explore potential new service providers, new channels and technology to enhance the performance of both channels and campaigns
  • International and Cross-departmental Working Group
    • Develop network and close contact with peer fundraisers in the MSF movement to learn/contribute donor development initiatives, in order to strategize fundraising approach and planning
    • Participate in MSF HK cross-departmental working groups and Global & Regional Community of Practice in relation to events/campaigns with fundraising and/or donor acquisition/cultivation objectives

    The Ideal Candidate

    • University graduate
    • At least 3 years working experience in marketing, sales, CRM marketing, customer service or related fields; charity fundraising experience will be an asset
    • Good sense in numbers with analytical sense
    • Committed to deliver objectives; results oriented
    • Strong project management skills, able to steer project within the budget and the timeline with minimum supervision
    • Excellent liaison, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and be able to work under pressure
    • Attentive to details
    • Excellent proficiency in written English and Chinese
    • Able to work independently but also a good team player

    We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Office Marketing, the incumbent will support in executing a wide range of events and marketing initiatives across all aspects, covering branding, content development, event logistics and stakeholder engagement and digital platform management. The role plays a key part in enhancing marketing support for office leasing, improving tenant experience, and strengthening brand positioning through both online and offline channels. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience, be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and execute a full spectrum of leasing marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms
    • Manage the production of marketing materials across all channels — including the app, website, social media, posters, brochures, programme booklets, special outdoor formats, etc. — involving copywriting, proofreading, liaising with designers and printers
    • Manage the app by coordinating content updates, maintaining app features, and ensuring a smooth user experience
    • Liaise with business partners to curate and secure exclusive offers, promotions and events for the app and other digital platforms
    • Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities and event logistics, including on-site operations, recruitment of part-time helpers, and coordination with agencies and vendors
    • Support the planning and creation of social media content, with a focus on ideation, storytelling, and platform alignment
    • Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations, gather feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
    • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in advertising, communication, and public relations. Background in property, retail, or creative/ advertising agencies is highly preferred
    • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns; familiarity with digital platform management is a plus but not essential
    • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment
    • A positive team player and highly independent; able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
    • Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
