Major Accountabilities
  • Strategic and tactical marketing lifecycle management of the Roche portfolio, with cross-functional coordination and integration of market and customer insights.
  • Solid understanding of the market dynamics and stakeholder perspectives through gaining clear market insights and ensuring open dialogue and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and implement a commercial strategy for the disease area, as well as a focused execution plan that applies multichannel and omnichannel approaches.
  • Deep understanding of the customers’ behaviors and leverage a seamless customer engagement strategy based on their behavioural needs, along the customer journey touchpoints, to reach the ultimate personalized customer experience and maximize patient, business and system impacts on the responsible disease areas.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to learn how a campaign contributed to conversions, customer behavior, etc., and develop insights that provide actionable solutions and next steps.
  • Forecast sales trends driven by market events and analyze customers’ demand for the product.
  • Manage the customer ordering process, remove roadblocks by different methods, and collaborate with the supply chain team and distributor(s) to improve customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to execute and support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing, SMS/Whatsapp marketing, and on-site merchandising. You will be working with a team of world-class paid marketers and collaboratively with talented designers and content producers; your role will be complementary to theirs in that you will be focused on the strategy of these channels rather than on the creation of the visual content.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities (subject to change depending on skills and business needs at the time)

  • Overseeing strategy for email, SMS and Whatsapp: how we merchandise through these channels (what, to who, when) through campaigns and automated flows
  • Continually optimizing our email/SMS/Whatsapp marketing from a technical standpoint (i.e. researching best practices and applying them)
  • Gathering CRM performance data and using insights to improve our practices
  • Troubleshooting technical issues we have with our CRM tools
  • Project managing any changes that we have to our tech stack related to CRM tools and our website
  • Ideating and running A/B tests on the website; analyzing results and continually applying new learnings
  • Coming up with new website experiences to accommodate new types of products and connecting the front-end experience with the user experience
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the design team

Who You Are

  • Professionally fluent in English
  • Either a mature graduate or with work experience (we'll tailor the role according to your experience)
