- Deep understanding of the customers’ behaviors and leverage a seamless customer engagement strategy based on their behavioural needs, along the customer journey touchpoints, to reach the ultimate personalized customer experience and maximize patient, business and system impacts on the responsible disease areas.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to learn how a campaign contributed to conversions, customer behavior, etc., and develop insights that provide actionable solutions and next steps.
- Forecast sales trends driven by market events and analyze customers’ demand for the product.
- Manage the customer ordering process, remove roadblocks by different methods, and collaborate with the supply chain team and distributor(s) to improve customer experience.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to execute and support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing, SMS/Whatsapp marketing, and on-site merchandising.
