*Major Accountabilities
Strategic and tactical marketing lifecycle management of the Roche portfolio, with cross-functional coordination and integration of market and customer insights: *

  • Solid understanding of the market dynamics and stakeholder perspectives through gaining clear market insights and ensuring open dialogue and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively Identify business opportunities and implement a commercial strategy for the disease area, as well as a focused execution plan that applies multichannel and omnichannel approaches
  • Deep understandign of the customers' behaviors and leaverage a seamless customer engagement strategy based on their behavioural needs, along the customer journey touchpoints, in order to reach the ultimate personalized customer experience and maximize the patient, business and system impacts on the responsible disease areas
  • Analyse data garnered through marketing campaigns in order to learn how a campaign has contributed to conversions, customer behavior, etc. Develop insights that provide actionable solutions and next steps
  • Analyse customers' demand of the product supply and forecast the sales trends driven by market events
  • Manage customer ordering process, remove roadblocks by different methods and collaborate with supply chain team and distributor(s) in order to improve customer experience

Position Purpose

The individual plays a pivotal role in driving digital engagement and marketing automation across client segments in Asia. This includes complete ownership of the smart emailing platform (Adobe Campaign) and its complementary platforms such as AEM and other digital tools, support all cross-functional collaboration, and the development of digital assets to support client and internal stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Smart Emailing Tool (Adobe Campaign) – Product Ownership

  • Monitor platform performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or project management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and customer experience principles.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus.

Job Description

Our client is a highly reputable insurance company. To cope with business needs, they are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content lifecycle from planning to publication.
  • Maintain a centralized content calendar and workflow tracker.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support personalized customer journeys in the app by collaborating with design and development teams.
  • Review digital layouts and prototypes for clarity and consistency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and help develop SOPs and best practices.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in insurance industry is mandatory
  • 5+ years working experience in content coordination, digital marketing or project management.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and prior project management skills is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
