The Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer is to support the continued growth of our airport services business. This is a role ideal for someone who excels at tender writing, has strong project coordination skills, and is confident in managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management & Opportunity Development
- Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities in the airport service sector.
- Draft, compile, and submit high-quality tender proposals in accordance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and operational content.
- Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Analyze tender documentation to assess feasibility, compliance requirements, and strategic fit.
- Assist in launching newly awarded contracts by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Support resource planning, documentation, and operational setup to ensure a smooth start.
- Prepare project timelines, reporting templates, and communication updates for internal and client use.
- Act as a point of contact for existing clients regarding ongoing service matters.
- Schedule regular check-ins and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Gather feedback and relay client needs to internal teams for continuous service improvement.
- Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tender writing, business development, or client servicing, preferably in public sector or airport-related industries.
- Strong command of written English with proven ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Office Marketing, the incumbent will support in executing a wide range of events and marketing initiatives across all aspects, covering branding, content development, event logistics and stakeholder engagement and digital platform management. The role plays a key part in enhancing marketing support for office leasing, improving tenant experience, and strengthening brand positioning through both online and offline channels. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience, be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and execute a full spectrum of leasing marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms
- Manage the production of marketing materials across all channels — including the app, website, social media, posters, brochures, programme booklets, special outdoor formats, etc. — involving copywriting, proofreading, liaising with designers and printers
- Manage the app by coordinating content updates, maintaining app features, and ensuring a smooth user experience
- Liaise with business partners to curate and secure exclusive offers, promotions and events for the app and other digital platforms
- Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities and event logistics, including on-site operations, recruitment of part-time helpers, and coordination with agencies and vendors
- Support the planning and creation of social media content, with a focus on ideation, storytelling, and platform alignment
- Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations, gather feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in advertising, communication, and public relations. Background in property, retail, or creative/ advertising agencies is highly preferred
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns; familiarity with digital platform management is a plus but not essential
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment
- A positive team player and highly independent; able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Role
We are a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality in Hong Kong seeking a self-motivated and driven candidate for the role of Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive.
The individual will be assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing activities, event promotion, social media execution, content creation, and coordination of digital communications.
The Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager in relation to all things related to marketing and digital communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media postings across all relevant channels, including content creation in line with the marketing strategies and brand identity of each venue and campaign.
- Update all digital platforms and assets of the venues with accurate and relevant information, including websites, customer relationship management databases and social media accounts.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing for promotional events, campaigns and regular operations.
- Generate ideas for new events, including detailed promotion plans every month in alignment with revenue goals and seasonality.
- Communicate and support team members of venues closely in relation to marketing deliverables and event launches, as well as ensuring in-depth understanding of all services and offerings.
- Assist in the communication and coordination with agencies, photographers, artists, partners and designers.
- To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-year professional industry experience in digital marketing, social media management, event management, and/or content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English is essential. Chinese speaking, reading, and writing skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in photography/videography and editing and design software, e.g. illustrator, inDesign, Canva, photoshop is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently with autonomy and multi-task competing priorities, as part of a wider team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexibility in working hours according to requirements from events, marketing strategies, and deadlines.
- A passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
- A willingness to learn, energetic, and enthusiastic nature.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Pro-active, well-organized, detailed minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks

- Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Analyze tender documentation to assess feasibility, compliance requirements, and strategic fit.
- Assist in launching newly awarded contracts by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Support resource planning, documentation, and operational setup to ensure a smooth start.
- Prepare project timelines, reporting templates, and communication updates for internal and client use.
- Act as a point of contact for existing clients regarding ongoing service matters.
- Schedule regular check-ins and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Gather feedback and relay client needs to internal teams for continuous service improvement.
- Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tender writing, business development, or client servicing, preferably in public sector or airport-related industries.
- Strong command of written English with proven ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
- Assist managers to develop and plan marketing strategies of The Club and Digital Ventures lines of business.
- Prepare digital and branding communications contents such as eDM, website, social media, app push/ MMS messages; also participate in production and implementation of branding related events and promotional activities.
- Co-work with The Club and Digital Venture lines of business, as well as external partners for cross-over marketing campaigns, including planning and implementation of promotion mechanism, special offers, instore display and POSM and communication materials.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to generate different marketing assets and ensure execution of promotion within timeline and budget
- Support content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
- Responsible for preparing report, clippings, market intelligence and administration work on marketing campaigns and PR engagements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role
- Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in agency is highly preferable
- Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on marketing communications tools e.g. AEM, ACS will be an advantage
- Pro-active, well-organized, detailed minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently with can-do attitude, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Role
We are a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality in Hong Kong seeking a self-motivated and driven candidate for the role of Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive.
The individual will be assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing activities, event promotion, social media execution, content creation, and coordination of digital communications.
The Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager in relation to all things related to marketing and digital communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media postings across all relevant channels, including content creation in line with the marketing strategies and brand identity of each venue and campaign.
- Update all digital platforms and assets of the venues with accurate and relevant information, including websites, customer relationship management databases and social media accounts.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing for promotional events, campaigns and regular operations.
- Generate ideas for new events, including detailed promotion plans every month in alignment with revenue goals and seasonality.
- Communicate and support team members of venues closely in relation to marketing deliverables and event launches, as well as ensuring in-depth understanding of all services and offerings.
- Assist in the communication and coordination with agencies, photographers, artists, partners and designers.
- To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-year professional industry experience in digital marketing, social media management, event management, and/or content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English is essential. Chinese speaking, reading, and writing skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in photography/videography and editing and design software, e.g. illustrator, inDesign, Canva, photoshop is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently with autonomy and multi-task competing priorities, as part of a wider team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexibility in working hours according to requirements from events, marketing strategies, and deadlines.
- A passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
- A willingness to learn, energetic, and enthusiastic nature.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Office Marketing, the incumbent will support in executing a wide range of events and marketing initiatives across all aspects, covering branding, content development, event logistics and stakeholder engagement and digital platform management. The role plays a key part in enhancing marketing support for office leasing, improving tenant experience, and strengthening brand positioning through both online and offline channels. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience, be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and execute a full spectrum of leasing marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms
- Manage the production of marketing materials across all channels — including the app, website, social media, posters, brochures, programme booklets, special outdoor formats, etc. — involving copywriting, proofreading, liaising with designers and printers
- Manage the app by coordinating content updates, maintaining app features, and ensuring a smooth user experience
- Liaise with business partners to curate and secure exclusive offers, promotions and events for the app and other digital platforms
- Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities and event logistics, including on-site operations, recruitment of part-time helpers, and coordination with agencies and vendors
- Support the planning and creation of social media content, with a focus on ideation, storytelling, and platform alignment
- Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations, gather feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in advertising, communication, and public relations. Background in property, retail, or creative/ advertising agencies is highly preferred
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns; familiarity with digital platform management is a plus but not essential
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment
- A positive team player and highly independent; able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
