The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. We are highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of our customers.
With Performance Marketing, MSE is a business development and marketing role within Agoda’s marketing department. It involves working with online vertical search advertisers (Meta Search Engines) to drive hotel booking sales.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners within and outside South Korea.
- Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation.
- Decide in coordination with the Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver expected ROIs and revenue growth.
- Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights to improve results.
- Succinctly communicate the results, ideas, and business statistics with different stakeholders.
- Ensure the advertiser implements the right Agoda APIs and related technological innovations.
- Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers between the advertiser and Agoda.
- Build long term relationships with advertisers that foster new opportunities and continuous growth in return from advertising dollars.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance.
- Fluent in English and Korean with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude.
- Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to represent Agoda with experience in interacting with external senior level executives.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations.

Position overview
We are searching for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, enhancing our capability ofdigital performance in all digital marketing channels, and social media platforms. You will be a key part of the team to support the coordination and execution of theonline marketing campaigns . The incumbent is expected to explorenew digital approaches to reach target customers manage and monitor digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and all other digital touch points, and monitor the digital performance, generating reports for the management team for developing sales-driven digital marketing strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Digital Marketing Management: Managing the digital marketing calendar and different stakeholders to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Budget Planning & Optimization: Propose and manage the marketing budget for a digital marketing plan with pre-set KPIs
- Performance Analytics: Reviewing analytical reports from multiple sources e.g. Meta, Google ads, GA4, Shopify, etc and turning data into insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other business functions to create digital assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all landing destinations based on an ongoing testing program
- Channel Optimization: Maximizing traffic and conversion through core digital marketing channels such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, and social media

Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to work in a creative and hands-on environment
- With an understanding of ad placement strategies across various digital platforms, stay hungry for the latest digital trends
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders

It includes driving customer activation, increasing participation, stimulating wagering intent, driving product familiarization, and cultivating racing interest with effective direct marketing and CRM programmes.
The Job
You will
- Support the Line Manager in implementing customer wagering strategies aligned with the Club's objectives to uplift overall customer satisfaction across different touch points.
- Assist the manager in developing and implementing effective CRM programs and in organizing and attending racecourse events to cultivate customers' sports wagering interests.
- Analyze customer feedback and all sources of customer data strategically, providing insights to formulate evaluation reports and develop effective customer campaigns.
- Assist in business proposals, report writing, and budget planning.
- Execute marketing operational plans, including procurement requests, production of marketing materials, data analysis, coordination with external vendors, and communication delivery.
- Oversee event logistics in coordination with agencies, production houses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations (working on weekends if needed).
- Perform general marketing administrative duties such as invoice processing, data entry, market research, program clipping, meeting preparation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the Responsible Gambling Policy and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club's businesses.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
You should have
- Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Marketing / Event Management
- Creative, attentive and independent with team-work spirit
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of Horse Racing is an advantage
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
