Our operations department's purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality

• Implement the management system and ISO 17025;
• Work with Sample Control Team for receiving and returning of tested items;
• Handle preparation work before testing;
• Conduct simple testing after internal training and the supervision of engineer or above;
• Process data to engineer, or above as needed;
• Carry out maintenance and calibration plan of the laboratory;
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

1. Responsible for quality assurance of financial business systems, primarily covering Web3 wallets, coin deposits/withdrawals, custody, and other on-chain/off-chain digital asset businesses. This includes testing for Web, Client, Server, and end-to-end processes.
2. Participate in requirement document reviews, assess the rationality of requirements, and provide suggestions and feedback.
3. Design high-quality test cases using professional methodologies based on product requirements to ensure comprehensive and precise coverage.
4. The testing scope covers core scenarios such as smart contract interaction, multi-chain asset management, DApp connectivity, asset issuance, and transfer payments.
5. Utilize testing tools, auxiliary scripts, and automation methods to complete project testing efficiently and ensure product quality.
6. Focus on efficiency tools and automation to continuously improve testing productivity.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant testing experience in securities, futures, foreign exchange, or digital currency exchanges is preferred. Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience in smart contract testing are strong advantages.
2. Senior practitioner in the testing industry with a deep understanding of the entire testing lifecycle, including test analysis, design, and execution. Possess extremely rigorous logical thinking and high sensitivity to data and latency.
3. Familiar with common industry solutions for UI, API, and unit testing, capable of formulating and implementing best practices tailored to the company's specific context.
4. Solid understanding of computer fundamentals, such as network protocols, data structures, and databases.
5. Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or Go, with the ability to build complex test frameworks and tools.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, clear logic, proactive mindset, excellent rapid learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
7. Technical leadership skills and the ability to drive the team in solving complex technical problems are preferred.

• Utilize testing tools, auxiliary scripts, and automation methods to complete project testing efficiently and ensure product quality.
• Focus on efficiency tools and automation to continuously improve testing productivity.

Requirements

Requirements:

The job holder reports to Data & Analytics manager and is responsible for driving the Data Quality (both Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Test) perspective, on top of that he/she will also be responsible on any Production / BAU support of the Data Pipeline managed by D&A Department.

The Job

You will:

• Data Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Test

• Design and implement automated data validation and cleansing routines within ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Collaborate with data stewards and business units to define data quality rules and standards.
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity issues across systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define UAT scope, test cases, and success criteria for data-related projects.
• Prepare test data and environments to simulate real-world scenarios for UAT.
• Coordinate and support UAT execution, logging defects and feedback, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Document UAT outcomes and contribute to go/no-go decisions for production deployment.

• Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and final data deliverables.

• Production / BAU Support on Data & Analytics Projects

• Provide daily operational support for data pipelines, data platforms.

• Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve failures or performance issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and troubleshoot data discrepancies reported by business users.
• Maintain documentation for data processes, issue resolutions, and support procedures.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure SLAs are met and data services remain uninterrupted.

• General Tasks

About You

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline is preferred
• Strong computational background, with significant production-level programming and scripting experience
• 2-5 years Solid experience on Data Management or Data Engineering
• Solid experience in relational databases (SQL Server), as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Solid experience in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++), as well as other scripting languages (Python, Matlab,R, VBA)
• Knowledge of container techniques and concepts (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Big Data and associated techniques and methodologies to underpin applications of Machine Learning and AI. Experience of Cloud technologies a plus
• Knowledge in DevOps tools is an advantage
