- Proven experience as a team lead is required.
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

**We'll trust you to:**
+ Manage footage ingest, proxy creation, and data management of all Bloomberg Originals content
+ Keep cloud tools such as frame.io up to date and ensure media is offloaded according to schedule based on storage and series requirements
+ Handle Premiere Project organization and maintain standard workflow across all Bloomberg Original projects.
+ Work closely with the Post Production Supervisor to test and implement new workflows.
+ Be main point of contact for archival process and hard drive turnover
+ Handle incoming requests in a timely manner
+ Be willing to be in the office 5 days/week
**You'll need to have:**
+ Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
+ 4+ years of post production experience (either as coordinator, assistant editor, media manager, or other comparable technical experience), ideally in a digital media or broadcast environment
+ Extensive knowledge of post production workflows, from ingest to archive, especially involving Adobe Creative Cloud
+ Extensive experience troubleshooting technical issues with Adobe Premiere, Resolve, and other post production software
+ Experience supporting many different types of content - including documentary, studio, live and live-to-tape
+ Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder
+ Ability to clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment
+ Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
+ Excellent time management skills and high regard for deadlines
+ Interest in learning new tools and technology in order to continuously improve workflows
+ Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Section Head, Marketing, the job-holder is to act as the project manager of assigned projects. Main duties include:
- To develop and strengthen the network with worldwide trade journalists/editors and local mass media to help publicising the fairs
- To draft and distribute press releases regularly on HKTDC fairs, monitor media coverage and handle press enquiries
- To proactively dig out news angle of the fairs, product and event highlights to pitch international and local mass and trade media
- To arrange press interviews and to provide talk notes for senior management
- To organise local press conference, provide talk notes, draft PowerPoints, and make logistical arrangements for press conference
- To brief, receive international journalists and to organise events during their visit to the fairs
- To liaise closely with various departments / offices of the Council in organising local or overseas press conferences and events for the HKTDC fairs
- To explore partnership with the trade or mass media for initiatives conducive to bring values to the fairs
- To help leading the Media Team in terms of overall strategic planning or team tasks
- A university degree, preferably in Journalism and/or Communications
- Minimum 8 years' solid relevant working experience in marketing / corporate communications or client servicing in public relations field, preferably with multi-national corporations
- Excellent English and Chinese press release writing skill a must
- Have experience working with media and building media network
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Multi-tasking, well-organised, detail-minded and independent with good initiatives
- Excellent in time management and could meet tight deadlines

- You will work closely with the regional Director for your territory and regional Head on strategy and negotiation of partnerships
- Drive relationships through partnering with relevant associations/ and having presence at local conferences / events (proactively sitting at the table with local media)
- You will need to develop a deep understanding of all parts of DJ business offerings and act as a brand ambassador for our professional products and flagship titles, such as The WSJ. This is paired with maintaining an understanding of internal stakeholder strategies and priorities AND publishers priorities to enable the generation of thoughtful solutions and agreements.
- Maintain data, contacts and notes in the CRM system.
- Chinese, Japanese or Korean language
- Have deep experience with, and understanding of the media landscape. A genuine interest in new technologies that serve these communities is also important for your success.
- Experience of managing partnerships across media, telcos, associations and membership groups
- Proven experience in business negotiations and internal/external relationship management
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a strategic, advisory or relationship management position
- Occasional travel will be required.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Section Head, Marketing, the job-holder is to act as the project manager of assigned projects. Main duties include:
- To develop and strengthen the network with worldwide trade journalists/editors and local mass media to help publicising the fairs
- To draft and distribute press releases regularly on HKTDC fairs, monitor media coverage and handle press enquiries
- To proactively dig out news angle of the fairs, product and event highlights to pitch international and local mass and trade media
- To arrange press interviews and to provide talk notes for senior management
- To organise local press conference, provide talk notes, draft PowerPoints, and make logistical arrangements for press conference
- To brief, receive international journalists and to organise events during their visit to the fairs
- To liaise closely with various departments / offices of the Council in organising local or overseas press conferences and events for the HKTDC fairs
- To explore partnership with the trade or mass media for initiatives conducive to bring values to the fairs
- To help leading the Media Team in terms of overall strategic planning or team tasks
- A university degree, preferably in Journalism and/or Communications
- Minimum 8 years' solid relevant working experience in marketing / corporate communications or client servicing in public relations field, preferably with multi-national corporations
- Excellent English and Chinese press release writing skill a must
- Have experience working with media and building media network
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Multi-tasking, well-organised, detail-minded and independent with good initiatives
- Excellent in time management and could meet tight deadlines
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.

Job Description
- Lead a group of in-house agents on social media responses to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and engaging in meaningful conversations to build positive relationships via foodpanda owned social media platforms.
- Ensure that all social media interactions are aligned with the brand's voice and marketplace experience team guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, ensuring that customer issues or queries are addressed in a timely and proper manner.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the service operations team to provide feedback on process gaps and contact center service.
- Collaborate with the Public Relations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure that sensitive or negative interactions are handled appropriately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of internal processes to assess the validity of issues arising from social media claims.
- Track and analyze customer feedback, comments, and sentiment on social platforms to generate actionable insights for improvements to products, services, and experiences.
- Manage and invigorate online communities, encouraging customer engagement and fostering a positive environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, customer service, marketing, social media, communications or a relevant field.
- Ability to manage stressful and high-pressure situations and provide viable solutions.
- Ability to adhere to company standards and tones and engage customers.
- Ability to use sound judgment to assess the severity of individual incidents.
- Strong understanding of the local social landscape and customer service nuances.
