What You'll Do

Pick up and nurture assigned responsive leads

Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax and accounting regulations, in order for the client to remain compliant when operating in Singapore.

Provide a thorough overview on Osome's software and onboarding processes.

Follow up with all leads in accordance to the sales cadence which include calling, emailing or texting via Whatsapp or any means the client prefers

Inform the relevant stakeholders of a new client as part of the onboarding process

Who You Are

2-4 years of sales experience in a Start-Up/SaaS industry

Experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is an advantage

Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team

Willingness to learn, with the ability to use any and all resources to get the job done

Overview

We are looking for an independent and passionate professional to join our team in Hong Kong. This person will serve as our Account Executive, joining a group of creative and devoted communications specialists, working on multiple accounts to deliver impactful results to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business challenges and environments of the clients you serve.
  • Idea generation, writing, trend analysis, media strategy and third-party coordination will make up a sizeable portion of your daily tasks
  • Creating compelling presentations for existing and potential clients.
  • Manage media and influencer relations as well as coordinate events for your clients

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, English or related discipline
  • Some PR experience, preferably with PR agencies or in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Experience in Technology, telecommunications, B2B brands would be a plus
  • Experience in developing content for PR campaigns that created positive brand image, online visibility, curiosity and excitement as well as business results
  • Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory
  • Excellent written English is a must
  • Responsible, organised, self-motivated and a team player
  • Flawless attention to detail

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by effectively managing their requests and delivering on account requirements. Understand client challenges and provide strategic support to help them achieve their goals.
  2. Monitor and measure performance by tracking and analyzing earned media coverage and provide insightful and comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.
  3. Craft compelling and engaging content across various channels, including press releases, briefing documents, fact sheets, executive biographies, social media posts, articles, brochures, and trend reports. Ensure messaging is impactful and aligned with client objectives.
  4. Build and cultivate ongoing relationships with media contacts. Proactively pitch relevant stories and secure media coverage to enhance client’s brand visibility.
  5. Participate in strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, media interviews, events, and research studies. Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously educate yourself to remain ahead of the evolving landscape.
  7. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and contributing to team growth.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with experience in account management, public relations, integrated marketing communications, or a related field.
  • University graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or English.
  • Excellent written English and Chinese skills, with fluency in spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
  • Experience working in local and international markets with knowledge of consumer preferences, behaviors, and trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Creative problem solver with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
