About The Opportunity
The Strategic Communications Director will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive executive communications strategy that enhances the CEO's visibility and influence on social media. This individual will lead social media strategy, content creation, media engagement, and speechwriting , working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that drive the CEO's thought leadership in blockchain, fintech, and digital assets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social Media Strategy & Oversight : Guide the CEO's social media presence (primarily on X , formerly Twitter), ensuring content strategy aligns with brand objectives, leverages engagement best practices, and responds effectively to real-time industry conversations.
- Executive Thought Leadership : Develop and implement a cohesive communications strategy to elevate the CEO's profile across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Content Strategy & Development : Lead the creation of high-quality content, including speeches, keynote addresses, op-eds, blog posts, and LinkedIn articles.
- Crisis & Issues Management : Provide strategic counsel and messaging support during high-stakes situations, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate communications.
- Internal & External Communications : Oversee executive messaging for internal channels, including town halls, employee memos, and strategic company updates.
- Data & Insights : Leverage social listening tools and performance analytics to refine strategy and optimize communication impact.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Manage and mentor junior communications staff and liaise with PR, marketing, and business teams to execute communications initiatives effectively.
What We Look For In You
- 8+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing executive-level social media (particularly X ) and building executive IP, including voice development, persona positioning, speechwriting, thought leadership initiatives, and long-term audience growth across digital platforms.
- Deep expertise in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible narratives.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills , with a strong portfolio of executive speeches, op-eds, and long-form content.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin .
- Experience with high-profile executives and global brands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset , with experience in social listening, audience insights, and performance optimization.

Manage Elfie’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and localized posting across all markets.
Analyze social media and influencer campaign metrics, delivering regular performance reports and adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities to inform ongoing strategy and content innovation.
Ensure compliance and brand safety in all influencer and social media activities, maintaining high standards of authenticity and professionalism.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing (building social media growth strategies). At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively plan and execute full funnel paid media campaigns with objectives that range from branding to driving user acquisition, retention, and conversion across regional markets
- Build media proposals and plans across media channels and campaign types to achieve various objectives
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen to explore media outside the usual performance marketing, such as influencer engagement, publishing, podcasts, and brand partnerships.
- Manage client communication on media-related activities
- Identify and optimize campaigns through various testing and ad formats (AB Testing)
- Report media performance to client and ensure KPIs are delivered and managed accordingly
- Keep up-to-date on best practices, media consumption behaviors and competitive landscape to understand where and how to best reach consumers
- Work cross-functionally across creative and content teams to maximize user experience for conversion and engagement
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience planning and executing digital campaigns in an agency
- Demonstrated experience in activating paid media and optimizing conversion rate
- Channel exposure includes Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Ads, Programmatic, and other media platforms
- Proven record of optimizing digital media campaigns with analytics and data-driven insights
- Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills to build actionable insights
- Strong self-organization ability.
- Great communication and client management skills to understand client’s requests and briefs
- Project management skills inclusive of the ability to prioritize

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Digital & Media Supervisor, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a monthly content calendar and managing L’ÉCOLE APA social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Rednote, YouTube, etc.) to foster community growth.
- Understanding local social media landscape and trends, and translating them into proposals and execution for original, paid, and third-party campaigns.
- Collaborating with social media agencies, media agencies, and external vendors for visual and textual content creation, adaptation, delivery, and media planning.
- Identifying strategic media buying opportunities—online and offline—targeted at local and APA audiences.
- Contributing to the creation and adaptation of assets for institutional and exhibition communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines through copywriting, proofreading, translation, subtitling, and formatting.
