Main Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Sale Closure:
- Focus on qualifying leads and closing sales with Tier 2 customers.
- Responsible for selling a subset of Infobip's products or services either directly or through partners to the customers in the designated team or squad.
- Engage with specialists (e.g., technical or product experts) when required to address specific customer needs or challenges during the sales process.
- Develop comprehensive solution proposals that cover all aspects of the application and how Infobip’s products or services meet the client’s needs.
- Manage the sales process from lead to closure, including sales forecasting, resource requests, account strategy, and planning.
- Participate in developing and presenting a strong value proposition to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to finalize sales and close deals.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships by collaborating with Mid-market Account Managers (MM AMs) to sell and maintain account health.
- Cross-sell additional products or services to existing accounts, especially in more complex deals (e.g., renegotiations).
- Achievement of Sales Quotas: Track progress against quarterly and annual sales KPIs, ensuring the sales target is met.
- Customer Engagement: Number of products promoted to customers.Conversion rate of leads into opportunities.Identifying and targeting the right customers within the designated account list.

Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecom.
- Fluent in Cantonese (native level) and English (professional proficiency), both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales progress.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers in the Hong Kong market.
- Strong communication skills to present solutions and negotiate deals.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and local business environment.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving new business.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success.

As a member of our Asia based team, you'll be responsible for providing equity research coverage in Technology mid-cap companies through company reports, thematic work and timely event driven analysis. The analysis will be based on Bloomberg's data sets, Bloomberg Intelligence data and analysis, as well as company calls and announcements. Our Emerging Technology Research part of the global tech team provides differentiated coverage of public and pre-IPO companies developing quantum-computing hardware / software, robotaxis and next-generation humanoid robotics platforms and enablers.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Work closely with our regional and global team of analysts located in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
+ Monitor and interpret major company developments and identify macro themes and trends affecting these industries.
+ Manage earnings cycle, including previews, reviews and maintaining earnings models fueled by live Bloomberg data.
+ Collaborate with other research product teams, including Litigation, Policy, Credit and ESG for company specific and thematic analysis.
+ Interact with investors, industry contacts, investor relations personnel, and senior management at target companies.
+ Work with global Data teams to ensure data completeness and quality control for existing and new data sets of target companies.
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external market professionals to grow a franchise and develop an ecosystem.
**You'll need to have:**
+ At least 4 years experience in Equity Research, specializing in Technology companies in Asia
+ Sell-side or buy-side Research Analysis experience preferred
+ Detailed knowledge of the Technology sector in Asia
+ Experience interpreting financial statements and performing quantitative financial analysis
+ Knowledge of advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of finance and accounting.
+ Strong primary research and writing skills
+ Good oral communication and presentation skills
+ Self-starter, independent thinker and collaborative team player
+ Strong organizational skills and capable of handling multiple projects
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
**We'd love to see:**
+ CFA designation and/or MBA degree, and/or graduate educational experience
+ Experience using Python and/or visualization tools (i.e Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense).
+ Ability to leverage generative AI or machine learning platforms.
