Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of high-performance mobile basic components.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization on C++ applications.
• Promote and implement the best practices for development and testing.
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in computer science, understanding of assembly language, compilation principles, memory layout, and other low-level technologies.
• Experience in mobile client development, familiar with Android or iOS platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the message loop and rendering principles of GUI operating systems.
• Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, with good programming habits and coding style.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to complete tasks independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  

• Familiar with stl and C++14/17 and other standards.
• Experience in cross-platform development, such as using frameworks like React Native, or Flutter.
• Knowledge of graphics APIs such as OpenGL, Vulkan, or Metal.
• Experience in audio and video processing, image processing.
• Participation in open-source projects or having a technical blog is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Android + Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing cross-platform mobile applications with a keen eye for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Communication: Integrate real-time data features using WebSockets or similar technologies to enable fast and efficient communication within the app.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Android development (at least 3 years) and preferably some experience in Flutter with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android Market.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Dart programming language; familiarity with other languages such as Java and Swift is a plus.
• Real-Time Communication: Experience implementing real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies.
• State Management: Strong understanding of state management solutions in Flutter, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend Integration: Experience integrating with backend services and APIs, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We Look For In You

• Experience with camera application development and image processing is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop new features for the all-in-one Android app as part of a global mobile team.
• Optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate new solutions for our evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to turn ideas into scalable features for millions of users.
• Work with international development teams to deliver customized solutions while maintaining architectural consistency.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and improve cross-team collaboration.

What We Look For In You

• Experience in native Android development or cross-platform solutions like ReactNative, Flutter, or Lua is a plus.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with agile processes including TDD, CI, and Scrum.
• Passion for mobile technology and large-scale application development.
• Experience with camera application development and image processing is preferred.
• Senior candidates may be considered for a Team Lead role.
