The Hong Kong Society for the Blind (HKSB) was established in Over the years, we have developed a wide range of services covering eye care and low vision services, rehabilitation and vocational training, educational support, employment guidance, adaptive technology advisory service, information and communication technology applications to improve information access for the visually impaired, rehabilitation service for persons with multiple disabilities and visual impairment (MDVI), and residential care for the aged blind. Employment Terms:
$19,225 - $22,300 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave and Medical Benefits, 6:30AM-7:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team as Senior Cooks / Lead Line Cooks at FINI'S Soho. In this role, you will take a leadership position within the line, supporting the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control. The ideal candidate is confident on the line, organized under pressure, and eager to mentor junior staff while maintaining FINI'S high standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes according to FINI'S recipes and presentation standards
Lead and support the line during prep and service, ensuring smooth kitchen flow
Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all stations
Help train and guide junior cooks, ensuring adherence to kitchen standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen
Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef on prep lists, specials, and service planning
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen
Strong cooking skills, with the ability to manage a station independently
Leadership potential with a team-first mindset
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
A passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the company
