職責:

• 負責日常麵包生產與製作, 包括原材料處理,打麵,發酵,麵台(按板),麵包成形,發酵,焗爐,加工,出爐及入爐等工作
• 確保食品質量安全及達到出品標準
• 保持工作範圍整潔及衛生
• 協助主廚處理一般廚房事務

工作要求:

• 最少2年麵包生產經驗,能獨立工作
• 了解烘焙流程與中央廚房操作
• 對烘焙生產和麵包製作有熱誠
• 刻苦耐勞,積極主動,態度良好
• 需通宵工作 (22:00 – 07:00)
• 可即時上班優先

Job Description:

• Responsible to daily operation on bakery production, such as food preparation, dough making, lamination, kneading, baking, molding etc
• Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in bakery
• Comprehensive knowledge of bakery procedure and central kitchen operation
• Passionate in bakery production and bread-making
• Hard-working and self-motivated with good attitude
• Overnight shift is a must (22:00 - 07:00)
• Immediately available is preferred

Reporting to the Concierge Lead of the Company, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:

What you need to do:

• Oversee concierge counters within LANDMARK, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants, customers, and the public
• Assist in the planning and execution of the company's marketing events and promotional activities, enhancing guest engagement
• Support the Concierge Lead with various ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to a seamless operational flow

What you'll need to succeed:

• DSE / Form 7 or above qualification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry
• Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills
• Willingness to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), with knowledge of Japanese and French an advantage
• Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.
