South China Morning Post is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in Hong Kong. The Sales team at South China Morning Post plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and business expansion across all SCMP Advertising product lines, including print, digital, and content solutions. We are a dynamic and results-driven team, committed to delivering effective advertising solutions to our clients and achieving exceptional sales outcomes.

Purpose of the Position:

In this role, you will generate revenue across all SCMP Advertising product lines, encompassing print, digital, and content solutions. The optimal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in consultative sales and media, complemented by experience engaging with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Take ownership of client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, including engagement, campaign ideation, proposal development, pipeline management, deal closure, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Understand clients’ marketing and communication strategies, objectives, and KPIs to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations and agency groups.
  • Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers and agency groups.
  • Collaborate closely with Ad Planning/ Content/ Campaign Management teams to provide optimum solutions to clients and agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and insights to enhance strategic accounts and category planning.
  • Management of sales CRM, sales pipeline and revenue forecasting

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

  • University graduate.
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in sales, marketing or account servicing.
  • Proven track record in selling advertising and content solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Extensive network with direct clients and agencies.
  • Results-oriented, self motivated with excellent communication and strong presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure, strong in planning, well organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal abilities; committed to creating a positive team culture.
  • Proficient in using data, research, and insights to drive recommendations.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.

**What you will be working on:**
+ Generate and execute valuation assignments, carrying out project feasibility studies and other consulting work for both private and public sector
+ Strong attention to the due diligence process to ensure the accurate delivery advice, calculations and information to our clients
+ Be the key contact point for all enquiries from client's end - that include the valuation methodology, veracity of comparables and the rationale behind conclusion or opinions
+ Nurture strong existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business, develop a continual awareness of clients' needs on valuation services and identify potential business opportunity for CBRE
+ For managerial role, to lead and manage a team of managers, valuers and researchers in conducting the respective valuation task. Provide guidance and coaching support to enable the successful carry out of job responsibilities that includes execution of projects, new idea pitching and trouble shooting
+ Any other assignments as directed by senior management team
**You are someone with:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
+ Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus
+ An analytical mindset and possess strong ability to articulate research findings and opinions in valuation and professional reports
+ For managerial role - At least 5 years of work experience working within the valuation space
+ For managerial role - Experience in a people manager capacity, an ability to provide guidance to junior members on the team and able to rally the team in delivering results

We are seeking skilled Business Analysts to join a dynamic team formulti-year projects within theinsurance sector . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency and enhancing the overall performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these into functional specifications for technology teams.

Process Improvement : Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Project Support : Assist in project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and reporting on project status. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and system specifications. Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Support UAT efforts by developing test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
