Provide guidance and coaching support to enable the successful carry out of job responsibilities that includes execution of projects, new idea pitching and trouble shooting

**You are someone with:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
+ Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus
+ An analytical mindset and possess strong ability to articulate research findings and opinions in valuation and professional reports
+ For managerial role - At least 5 years of work experience working within the valuation space
+ For managerial role - Experience in a people manager capacity, an ability to provide guidance to junior members on the team and able to rally the team in delivering results

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Deliver timely technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in IT industry
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
