You Will Be Responsible For
- supporting in general research, exhibition and programming logistics, production and acquisition of works;
- performing administrative tasks relating to curatorial processes and meetings;
- maintaining and updating data and image records, including those for exhibitions, displays and the permanent collections;
- managing contacts and correspondence both internally and externally; and
- assisting in routine operations and other special projects of M+.
- possess a recognised university degree or equivalent in Fine Art, Art History, Visual Studies, or other related disciplines;
- have at least 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in other cultural or related organisations;
- have experience and knowledge in modern or contemporary Asian Art, a strong interest in Ink art is a plus;
- be able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment;
- be highly-organised, detail-oriented and work well under pressure; and
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You Will Be Responsible For
- handling daily administrative works for event team, including but not limited to answering phone calls and email correspondences, upkeeping departmental filing and updating information;
- preparing sales and necessary analytical reports in timely manner with accuracy;
- assisting Event Sales to prepare necessary documents for clients and cross-department;
- collecting and analysing market trends and information for hiring price planning and sales packages;
- assisting to maintain CRM record to keep clients’ record up-to-day and maintaining the booking record of Venue & Event Management System;
- maintaining good awareness of all museum programmes and communicating effectively with different stakeholders including internal departments; and
- performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
- possess a recognized university degree in any discipline, preferably with minimum 1-year relevant experience in event sales/management. Fresh graduation with administration works/event planning experience will also be considered;
- be a self-motivator who aims to drive things forward and demonstrate high level of ownership and accountability to assigned tasks;
- have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and organization skills and attentive to details;
- be proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
- work in flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary.

- devising school recruitment strategies and managing school visit bookings with administrative staff;

- conducting research in fields such as museum learning, artist-led pedagogy, teacher professional development, in-gallery learning experience, and outreach strategies with the aim of offering a range of learning tools that allow for expanded participation for school visitors; and
- assisting the Learning and Interpretation team in all events and activities with content development and administrative support.
- possess a recognised university degree, preferably in education, curating and art history, anthropology, humanities, sociology, cultural management or equivalent;
- have at least 4 years of work experience in coordinating, planning and implementing learning programmes for schools; preferably in a large-scale organisation;
- show keen interest in researching various pedagogy theories, and implementing them through museum learning experience and outreach programmes;
- demonstrate research skills, interest and curiosity for visual culture, pedagogy and museum learning;
- be self-motivated and able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment;
- be highly organised and detail-oriented;
- possess administrative experience preferably in project management in any arts and cultural organisations; and
- have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
- Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
- Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
- Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
- Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
- Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
- Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
- Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
- Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
- Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
- Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professional to join our Exhibition Services Department.
Responsibilities:- Assist Section Head, Operation, in supervising the operation team and managing job assignments to operation supervisors/assistants
- Prepare cost estimates on exhibition services jobs for internal users
- Work out the quantity of stand materials required for internal jobs
- Follow up with contractors on the stand materials requests and monitor the production progress
- Coordinate with Project Manager/Designers on operational details and workshop production
- Arrange transportation and other fair and event construction and logistics support
- Monitor on-site set-up and dismantling of organiser works and booths and evaluate contractors’ performance
- Ensure a quality conscious culture across the operation section
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with tertiary education, degree holders with less experience will also be considered
- Strong production knowledge in exhibitions/fairs
- Good job planning and organising skills
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Workplace at HKTDC Exhibition Services & Logistics Centre in Tseung Kwan O
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

- Monitor on-site set-up and dismantling of organiser works and booths and evaluate contractors’ performance
- Ensure a quality conscious culture across the operation section
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with tertiary education, degree holders with less experience will also be considered
- Strong production knowledge in exhibitions/fairs
- Good job planning and organising skills
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Workplace at HKTDC Exhibition Services & Logistics Centre in Tseung Kwan O
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
