What You Will Do- Ensure the continuity of our trading systems infrastructure and support traders in their daily activities
- Monitor and optimize our systems hosting various applications
- Drive innovations, such as linking stock markets and improving system stability, performance, and reliability
- Maintain and enhance existing network infrastructure, including orchestration and automation
- Manage, develop, and implement contingency plans, providing secondary and tertiary support
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders (traders, data centers, third-party suppliers)
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance
- Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, optimization, and deployments, covering LAN/WAN, cloud, multicast routing, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Experience with electronic trading systems in capital markets or similar industry (APAC knowledge preferred)
- Experience supporting low latency networks and related systems
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Arista technologies
- Understanding of low latency, high performance, redundancy, and high availability requirements
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux command line and networking stack
- Scripting skills (Bash/Shell, Python, Salt)
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNP) are a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of Data Center standards and project management methodologies
- Ability to produce quality documentation
- Team player with a desire to adopt new technologies
- Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), multicast routing, VLANs, spanning-tree, VRRP/HSRP, TCP/IP analysis, security protocols, network monitoring tools, WAN connectivity, packet analysis, and co-location setups
