Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub-branches. The Bank became a member of Yuexiu Group, one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou, in 2014. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Responsibilities
- Perform 7 x 24 support, administration and implementation on IT network (data & voice) and security systems of the bank according to defined policies, processes and procedures
- Follow change control procedure to execute the network change but not limited to configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls in a timely manner
- Implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
- Secure network systems according to IT security policy
- Participate in project management implementation process
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with Network Team Lead on network optimization
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments
- Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable patch releases on regular basis
- Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
- Keep close communication with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
- Perform helpdesk hotline support (if required)
- University graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in infrastructure administration and support, preferably in financial institution
- Familiar with the following platforms / systems : LAN & WAN, Telephony Systems, Network Monitoring Tools and Security Products (e.g. Cisco routers, Cisco/Huawei switches, Avaya PABX, WFO, Checkpoint/Juniper/Cisco Firewalls/F5 Load Balancer)
- Experience to support VDI or Huawei SDN is an advantage
- Self-initiated to deliver excellent services
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with integrity
- Positive attitude with high sense of responsibility and can-do spirits
- Good analytical & communication skills

Responsibilities
- Perform 7 x 24 support, administration and implementation on IT network (data & voice) and security systems of the bank according to defined policies, processes and procedures
- Follow change control procedure to execute the network change but not limited to configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls in a timely manner
- Implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
- Secure network systems according to IT security policy
- Participate in project management implementation process
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with Network Team Lead on network optimization
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments
- Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable patch releases on regular basis
- Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
- Keep close communication with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
- Perform helpdesk hotline support (if required)
- University graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in infrastructure administration and support, preferably in financial institution

- Design, deploy, and manage firewall solutions to safeguard the organization's network.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
- Harness virtualization technologies to reduce hardware cost, enhance efficiency and ensure high availability to minimize potential service outages or degradation.
- Manage, monitor and optimize various cloud platform such as Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS.
- Manage the company’s email facilities and server/system infrastructure to assure IT services maximum uptime.
- Protect business data by implementing various backup strategies to ensure data can be recovered when necessary.
- Design and implement relevant technologies and security strategy to secure IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT disaster recovery strategy to protect IT infrastructure and minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a disaster
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical skill in firewall solution (Fortinet, PA) and networking.
- Strong technical skill in server and system administration (Windows and Linux), Backup and DR (Veeam), virtualization technology (VMware).
- Preferred experience with IT security products such as EPP, EDR, Endpoint management, patching tools, NAC, DLP. MFA, Email Security, Darktrace etc.
- Experience in administering and maintaining AD, O365 (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint online, Exchange online) is preferred.
- Familiar with network and system monitoring tools (Whatsup gold), Group policy, Powershell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with project and vendor management.
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidate have more experience will be consider as Senior Infrastructure Analyst
